Pros: Spotlessly clean, kitchen well equipped, very comfortable bed, quiet area. Clear instructions how to access the property. Well placed for bus routes and metro route 4. 10 minute walk to a Consum store. I would stay there again

Spacious and spotless studio

Pros: I absolutely loved this apartment. It was spacious, spotless and had everything we needed for a 5 night stay. When I first booked it, I thought it was too good to be true.. I even called booking.com to verify that it was a real listing. Pleased to announce that it's very real, and the pictures match the beauty of the place! Location was very convenient for me as I was attending a conference nearby. 3 min walk to the venue. Supermarket 3 mins away. We cooked too. We had a small problem with the bathroom lock but Susana arranged for it to be fixed immediately. She was responsive and attentive to all our needs, even giving me a baby bathtub for my 8 month old. We would seriously recommend this place, and stay again if ever in Valencia.

Cons: The location is on the ground floor, and the windows cannot be opened. But there is still light that comes through. Didn't bother us much though. Bed was a bit small for 2 adults and a baby but we made it work.

Great host

Pros: Excellent host, very helpful. Very clean property with all the neccesary facilities.

Cons: We are quite big people - the bed in the property is the standard size for Spain, 130cm but it was a bit small for us, so we had to ask for the couch to be prepared as a bed. The host was very helpful and prompt and prepared the additional bed within hours of us informing her, though.

Pros: Alojamiento muy limpio, cuidado y bien decorado. La cama súper cómoda. Susana súper atenta y preocupada por que estuviésemos bien en todo momento. Y en nuestro caso,era la ubicación que necesitábamos.

Fantástica estancia de fin de semana

Pros: Un trato excelente por parte de Susana, que ha estado atenta a todas nuestras necesidades, ofreciéndonos el mayor espacio posible para nuestro confort, así como buenas recomendaciones de la zona. Los apartamentos son magníficos, completamente nuevos y confortables. Sorprendentemente amplios. Se han cuidado muchos detalles para ofrecer al huesped todo lo necesario para la estancia. La zona está muy bien conectada al centro de Valencia. Hay parada de metro a 10min, tranvía a 2min y bus a 2min de los apartamentos. Se accede desde/al aeropuerto en apenas 40min en metro, muy cómodo. Sin lugar a dudas, éste será mi sitio de confianza para futuros viajes a Valencia.

Cons: Nada que decir al respecto. Son apartamentos de 10 con una atención de 10.
