Great spot in a good area just outside centre

Pros: Such a cosy comfortable space we loved it So well designed it had everything we needed. We were unwell and space was good for relaxing as we couldn't travel so much as we normally do

Cons: Nothing was very happy with it Only issues was my fault I assumed terracita meant outdoors space as in terrace It was totally enclosed. And hot. Outside space is important to us that's my only issue

Perfect for our stay.

Pros: Beautiful studio apartment. Very new and modern. Spotlessly clean and fresh. Lovely spacious bathroom. Bed and pillows were very comfortable . A small little terrace to have breakfast. Nice little bar/cafe next door which was handy. Management responded very quickly to any contact we made.

Cons: Noise insulation could be improved.

Pros: We came in an early flight and the staff was so nice to let us before the check in time, such a nice gesture! The place has all the commodities one needs, it's clean and the location is as described. Close to the apartment there are many supermarkets, the bus line is really close and if not is a 20-25min walk to the center. We were welcomed with some amenities

Cons: It's more a construction problem, sadly every single time you take a shower it becomes a bath on the floor as there isn't a closing shower door. Therefore becoming a mess the bathroom, besides that overall happy

Pros: El alojamiento estaba muy bien cuidado y limpio además con todo lo necesario para una estancia cómoda. El lugar ideal, cerca del centro pero sin el bullicio

Cons: El olor a tuberías del baño, además de un poco a humedad

Pros: O garsonieră amenajată cu mult gust,m-am simtit minunat.Arata mult mai bine decat in poze si o curatenie impecabila.Lenjeria si prosoapele un alb imaculat.Patul la fel de confortabil.Micile detalii cum ar fi capsulele de cafea,pasta si periuta de dinti.Este prima cazare care este amenajată si gandita pana la cel mai mic detaliu.Uscator si placa de par,fier de calcat.Nota 10 este putin pentru aceasta cazare.Recomand! Cu siguranta va fi cazarea de viitor pentru mine deoarece calatoresc destul de des in Valencia

Pros: Prachtig appartement, komt precies overeen met de foto's. Alles aanwezig wat je nodig hebt.

Cons: Niks

Really enjoyed the flat!

Pros: The flat was fantastic. It was very clean, spacious, had air con and all the utilities needed for a self-catering property. The bathroom was huge and the bed was so comfortable.

Cons: The only negative is the location. It's easy to get to the city centre so that's fine but it is next door to a cafe and it gets terribly noisy, especially at the weekend. Some earplugs can help!

Apartamento coqueto y completo

Pros: Todo. El apartamento es magnífico, súper limpio, con todo lo necesario para colocar tus cosas, poder cocinar, con el baño con todos los servicios que puedas necesitar y una cama híper cómoda. Además, la terracita cerrada que tiene en la fachada le da ese toque perfecto y lo hace aún más encantador.

Cons: Nada, excepto que la chica que vino a limpiar no se aseguró de que ya no estábamos y entró a dejar las sábanas limpias mientras estábamos en el apartamento, pero, nada grave.

Fast Perfekt

Pros: Es ist genauso wie auf den Bildern. Bett gemütlich und die Dusche groß. Dazu gab es noch viele Gerätschaften, wie Föhn und Glätteisen und man konnte alles gut zu Fuß oder via Bus erreichen. Dazu noch ein großer Smart TV mit netflix usw.. Top für Pärchen. Die Gastgeber haben immer schnell geantwortet und waren sehr freundlich. Einzug ins Apartment war via selbst check in. Sehr einfach. Kann ich alles sehr gut empfehlen.

Cons: Die Dusche geht nicht zu, wodurch Wasser immer ein bisschen Wasser rausfließt. Soweit aber kein großes Problem, nur ein kleiner Mangel.

Pros: Appartamento ricavato da un locale commerciale piano strada. Nuovissimo, ben arredato, molto piacevole, completo di tutto. Antistante l ingresso c è un piccolo terrazzo con tavolino e sedie, piacevole, ma sulla strada per fortuna pedonale, che noi comunque abbiamo gradito.

Cons: Letto rumorosissimo, ci si sveglia ogni volta che ci si gira o ci si muove. L appartamento è al piano strada affianco ad un bar. La sera si sente vociare fino alla chiusura, circa mezzanotte. Le prime sere è stato fastidioso. Correttamente dobbiamo dire che l host si è reso disponibile al cambio struttura, ma abbiamo deciso di rimanere adattandoci agli orari del bar...
