Design house with swimming pool near the sea

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would happily come back again.

Pros: We had a wonderful stay in Valencia. The house was tastefully decorated, very comfortable and fully equipped with everything we needed. Communication with the host was exceptional: always prompt, clear and helpful. The location was great, with plenty of lovely restaurants nearby (definitely book in advance) and a fantastic local market where you can pick up fresh produce. We would happily stay again and highly recommend it.

Cons: Checkout was at 10am rather than the more usual 11am, which felt a little early.

Pros: Beautiful interior, really well equipped and the private plunge pool and courtyard was perfect for chilling when we needed a bit of shade and cooling down

Valencia Trip

Pros: Apartment was beautiful. Situated 5 mins from the beach and some lovely local restaurants. Pool was a bonus! Will be back!

Fantastic holiday 🕺🏽We loved Valencia

Pros: Beautiful apartment well designed and in a good location to explore everything Valencia has to offer. Near transport links and walking distance to the beach and some fantastic bars and restaurants within 5 minutes walk we loved it. Bed was really comfortable and kids loved WiFi and Netflix. The property had lots of necessities provided free of charge and is just 5 minutes from a large new supermarket which has everything you would need. Great communication from the property team throughout our stay. Would recommend this property and Valencia we had a fantastic holiday.

Cons: A little tired in places and I’m not sure the Astro turf outside works as the water did not drain away near the pool. Cabanyal has some beautiful buildings but there is still a lot of dereliction and building work going on. The plunge pool is great to cool off in but don’t expect to enjoy it in the sunshine as the way it is positioned it is pretty much shaded.

Pros: Perfect apartment in a great part of the city, and perfect hosts! SO friendly and helpful, definitely recommend.

Pros: The apartment was very comfortable and spacious; tastefully decorated. We loved the location with easy access to trams, buses and the beachfront.

Pros: Pen leilighet i et pent oppusset hus, fin størrelse som passer bra for en familie på to voksne og to barn. Leiligheten har alt av nødvendige hvitevarer for et litt lengre opphold, og mulighetene for matlaging er gode.

Cons: Litt lenger unna sentrum enn forventet, ikke gangavstand, og buss tar ca. 30 min. Huset ligger i et område med begrenset adgang for bil, så egentlig må man nok registrere registreringsnummeret et sted (noe vi ikke gjorde) for ikke å risikere bot om man kjører helt til døren. Vi gjorde det for å laste av og på, noe som heldigvis gikk greit for oss. Om man er i Valencia for strandferie er nok beliggenheten fin, da det er gangavstand til stranden. Noe slitte bad på grunn av litt for enkle løsninger ved oppussingen.

Beautiful home walking distance to beach and fresh market!

Pros: Perfect place for mother/daughter trip! Great facilities and wonderful location close to everything you need and short walk to the beach!

Ruim, schoon appartement bij het strand.

Pros: Ruim, schoon en compleet appartement en leuk ingericht. Dichtbij het strand. Heel schoon en dienstverlenende host!

Cons: Het is wat verder van het centrum, maar wel te fietsen of met de taxi.
