great value of staying

Pros: Was big apartment, good bed and two showerooms. Location was great, everything was close, beach, shops and restorants, cafes. Kichen was olso good, so we like it.

Pros: The apartment is amazing, good infrastructure, near apartments is a bus station. It's easy to get to historical centre or to the great aquarium and science museum. During 10 minutes walking you can get at the beautiful beach and port. Near the apartment is a mercadona and mercado - native restaurant and market with delicious food. The landlords are absolutely amazing and polite and useful. Thank you for your attention. The beds are comfortable, the apartment is cosy.

Pros: The apartment was nice and spacious, perfect for our family of five. It was located on a courtyard street, which made the place quiet and free from traffic noise. On weekends, there were some people walking by at night, and their voices could be heard from the street occasionally. During weekdays, there were many construction sites in the area, but otherwise, it was peaceful. There was a really good grocery store nearby, and a market hall just 300 meters away was just wonderful! There was also a bakery close by.

Cons: The beach was a 10-minute walk away, but it took almost an hour to walk to the city center. I didn't realize beforehand how far Valencia's city center was from the beach, and the distance came as a surprise. Unfortunately, the WIFI didn't work at all despite our attempts and requests for instructions, even though we had several engineers trying to solve the WIFI issue.

We spent a wonderful time in this apartment with the whole family

Pros: Great location. 10 min walk to the sea, 30 min by bus to the city center. There are several shops and a market nearby. The apartment is beautiful and have very comfortable beds. Very nice hostess.

Cons: Sometimes noisy neighbors.

Modern, spacious and pretty home that is well situated for walking to the beach & public transport.

Pros: This is a beautiful home with lots of space where you get a beach vibe from the decoration. Everything in the home is new, modern and works great. A nice and handy patio on the back where you can hang out and also hang your wet towels/swimsuits. The kitchen and washrooms have everything you need. The host was very helpful for check-in and advice for visiting the city as well as the practical information for groceries etc.

Cons: A bit a bad luck but there was construction on the small street in front of the home and in the building behind the home. So some noise from that during the weekday working hours. Other than that, everything was perfect.

Cosy and modern aparment in an authentic area close to the beach

Pros: We had a very comfortable stay as a family of 5. Well equipped apartment with everything we needed for a few days stay. The host - Mercedes - was wonderful and gave us lots of suggestions on what to do and where to go. The market around the corner is a gem. Loved the beach, always a bit windy and cooler even on the hottest days. The historic center is also easy to reach.

Cons: The area is a bit run down and during our stay there was construction going on next door.
