Pros: Location was good. 5 minutes walk from the beach and 5 minutes from metro and trains to get into the city centre. Don't let the Location put you off as the transport system is amazing in valencia. Close to supermarket as well. Very cosy apartment that has everything you need for cooking etc. Would book back

Cons: Description isn't clear that the washing machine and terrace are shared between the block. Not an issue as the washing machine was free to use when I needed to. The terrace was lovely but I didn't use. The last night it was very noisy with people partying and letting people in that weren't staying there.

Pros: Obiekt bardzo blisko plaży oraz sklepów spożywczych. Mieszkanie duże, łazienka również.

Cons: Nieprzyjemny zapach z kanalizacji - ale być może spowodowane jest to niedawnymi powodziami. Łazienka na podłodze nieco zaniedbana. Dzielnica kiepska - nie czuliśmy się w pełni bezpiecznie wieczorami. Konieczność rejestracji na osobnej stronie obiektu.

Hezký apartmán, plus je společná venkovní terasa. 5 min na MHD, do supermarketu a na plaz 7 min.

Pros: Predani klíčů, resp. kódu od dveří proběhlo přes online. Pro nás to bylo výhodnější, neboť naše letadlo mělo zpoždění a přiletěli jsme až o půlnoci.

Cons: Lokalita umístění domu byla sice dobrá z pohledu pěší dostupnosti marketu, pláže i veřejné dopravy. Nicméně okolí apartmánu a přilehlé čtvrti je vybydlené a nepůsobí na návštěvníky dobře.

Pros: Die Unterkunft verdient 10 Punkte. Alles neu und sauber, gutes Bett. Wenn man nicht umfangreich kochen möchte, ist die Küchenausstattung ausreichend. Ein Pluspunkt ist die große Dachterrasse. Die Lage ist ruhig, wenn auch etwas heruntergekommen. 10 Min. zu Fuß zum Strand, Busse und Straßenbahnen sind ebenfalls schnell fußläufig zu erreichen. Geschäfte, Cafes und Restaurants quasi \

Cons: Nur eine Anregung: Es könnte im Gemeinschaftsbereich ein Kühlschrank mit Getränken zum Verkauf stehen.
