Pros: Received a code and entered very easily to the property without meeting anyone. Instructions were very easy to follow. Easy to park in the neigbourhood. Clean, modern, nice terrace for common use.

Next time I come to Valencia, Apartments Malvarrosa would be my first choice to stay in!

Pros: Our apartment was on the second floor, very clean, good kitchen with everything you need for cooking and eating, you have a microwave also. Furniture is brand new, good quality AC. Beautiful rooftop with chill zone you can use!

Pros: Todo fue muy bueno, desde la manera de operar rápido hasta la limpieza y la facilidad de entrar y salir solo con la llave electrónica. El apartamento tiene buen tamaño y todo lo necesario para estar confortable.

Pros: Zeer proper, leuke indeling van studio, goed uitgerust, zeer recente renovatie, heel erg rustig

Cons: TV hing veel te hoog om vanuit de sofa naar tv te kijken, geen stop in gootsteen waardoor afwassen wat lastig was, geurhinder in badkamer

Schoon en comfortabel appartement in een afgelegen (rustig) wijkje.

Pros: Alles is netjes, erg nieuw appartement. In slaapkamers rolluiken. Airco aanwezig. Fijn dat handdoeken en zeep aanwezig was. Beide slaapkamers tv met bijvoorbeeld mogelijkheid om (met eigen account) netflix te kijken. Mogelijkheden om te wassen op begane grond en dakterras is groot en fijne plek maar straalt niet veel uit.

Cons: Appartement is wat gehorig. Je hoort de boven/onder en of zij buren lopen en douchen. De klap 2 extra stoeltjes maken vervelend geluid over de vloer. Klinkt ook wat hol door tegelvloer en kale muren. Geen babybedje in appartement. In omgeving staan veel bouwvallen, worden ook een aantal panden opgeknapt. Zo ook recht tegenover ons appartement. Daardoor ‘last’ van geluid momenteel.

Pros: Muy bien todo la verdad. La experiencia fue buena, el sitio muy bien ubicado cerca de la playa que es lo que andábamos buscando. Vi un barrio muy humilde pero con muchísimo encanto. Todo limpio aunque me faltaban esponja y jabón de platos para poder limpiar los utensilios. Buena iluminación y todos funcionaba bien.
