Great location, nice apartment… but bring ear plugs!

Pros: Central location in Ruzafa, 2 bedrooms & 2 bathrooms do make a family trip comfortable. Apartment clean and good communication with owner.

Cons: The flip side of the medal of a central location: noise levels in not well insulated building and from road traffic and bars may bother your sleep, if sensitive.

Pros: Great apartment in Ruzafa, nice balcony for morning coffee or just watching the world go by. Good location lots of bars and restaurants nearby, 15 mins into the old town. The owner was very responsive when we had issues with the fridge, he checked in with us when the electricity went off across Spain. I highly recommend Valencia and this apartment is an ideal place to stay.

Pros: Posizione fantastica in un quartiere pieno di locali e vita notturna , distante dal centro (stazione Nord e piazza Municipio ) poco piu ‘ di 15 minuti a piedi. Organizzazione perfetta con Staff gentilissimo e prodigo di informazioni. Grazie 1000 per tutto. 😊

Pros: Es un piso luminoso, cómodo y grande. Está en un barrio muy chulo y cerca del centro. Tienes todos los servicios a tu alcance.

Cons: El alojamiento en sí es ideal. Lo único discutible es el excesivo precio, pero hay que tener en cuenta que tristemente hoy en día la cosa en España está así…

Pros: Buena ubicación y equipado con todo lo necesario para pasar unos dias de maravilla.

Cons: Fuimos en julio y pasamos mucho calor al dormir. Tenía ventiladores en las habitaciones pero el aire acondicionado estaba sólo en el salón.

Pros: Las camas cómodas. Todo muy limpio. Las habitaciones en la parte trasera de la calle donde hay silencio. Supermercados y bares cerca y a 15-20 min andando del centro.

Cons: Dificultad para aparcar gratis. Tienes q ir a otra zona.

Pros: Locatie is fantastisch gelegen . Schoon en ruim appartement, dat van alle gemakken is voorzien. Attente host die snel en adequaat reageert.

Cons: Rolgordijn aan de buitengevel - achterzijde (slaapkamer links) is kapot. Verder ontbreekt in de beschrijving van het appartement dat het op de tweede verdieping is gelegen.
