Lovely stay in an apartment, located in a vibrant neighborhood, which is also family friendly!

Pros: The apartment was great - very spacious and nice! The place was clean and it had everything that you would need for your stay. We were there with our daughter who is almost 2 years old and she also enjoyed it a lot - there were toys that she played with. In the kitchen there was also kid's cutlery that she loved. In the end we extended our stay at the apartment -the host was very friendly and helpful with everything.

Great starting point for Valencia (family) exploration

Pros: Very nice apartment, more spacious then i thought and nice that the bed rooms were not on the street side, but more inside the building, so it was quiet. Very well located (opposite of a park including playground, supermarket in the street, bike rentals nearby and endless restaurants around the corner). Also, there were some games and (children) toys available. And lastly, friendly personal reception upon arrival by Carles.

Cons: The two-person bed was a bit small, but no real problem.

összességében jó lakás, de sok külső zajjal....

Pros: összességében jó apartman, nagyon klasszul felszerelt konyhával (ritka az ilyen), alapvetően jó környéken, nagyon kedves hazigazdával

Cons: a nappaliban a kanapé nem kihúzható, aludni rajta kényelmetlen. Ugyanott az ablakok vékonyak, átengedik az utcafronton a zajokat. (Én klausztofóbiás vagyok kicsit, mindkét helyiség nagyon szűk, ezért próbáltam a nappaliban aludni..) A két különágyas szoba egyértelműen gyerekszoba, a franciaágyas szobánál meg nagyon sok zajt hallani fentről, alulról. Ez nyilván nem az apartman hibája, hanem a gyatra (vagy teljesen hiányzó) hangszigetelés a házon belül, de érinti az ott alvókat. A lakás alatti üzletet épp átalakítják, így az éjjel vagy hajnalban elmaradt alvásunkat nappal sem igazán tudtuk pótolni, pedig fontos lett volna...

Departamento amplio y completo

Pros: Ambiente amplio, comodo, todo en funcionamiento, un hogar donde nada falto, sombrillas y esterillas para la playa, elementos de higiene personal y muchas cosas mas! Los dueños calidos, amables y simpatico. Un 10!

Pros: Zeer vriendelijke ontvangst door Vicente. Behulpzaam,bereikbaar ... Appartement op de eerste verdieping met alles wat je nodig hebt om een fijne vakantie te hebben . Zeer proper .

Velmi příjemný hostitel, který se v průběhu pobytu staral jestli nám něco nechybí a při odjezdu nám také vyšel vstříc.

Pros: Umístění v klidné příjemné části města. Blízko supermarket, autobusová zastávka, kavárna, restaurace.Apartmán byl skvěle vybavený, nic nám nechybělo.

Skvělá volba

Pros: Nádherne misto! Ruzafa je trendy čtvrť se skvělou dostupností všude,kam ve Valencii potřebujete. Byt je nádherný, vybavený, voňavý a velký. Doporučuji a jinam bych už nechtěla. Ubytovatel se zajímá a je nápomocný.

Pros: Die Wohnung war schön und hatte alles, was man braucht. Man fühlt sich wie zu Hause. Außerdem ist alles in der Nähe, wie Supermärkte, Cafés, Restaurants, und die Innenstadt ist nur zehn Minuten zu Fuß entfernt. Die zuständigen Personen waren immer hilfsbereit, freundlich und schnell zu erreichen. Was ich persönlich jedoch nicht so gut fand, ist, dass die touristischen Sehenswürdigkeiten nicht in der Nähe der Wohnung sind;man muss mit dem Bus oder Taxi fahren.

Pros: El departamento súper cómodo, limpio y muy bien equipado.
