Perfect…… would definitely book again 😎

Pros: Great location, excellent parking and the property was perfect !!!! Everything we could want from our stay. The owners were very helpful indeed and check in was so easy.

Lovely bed and great choice if you come by car

Pros: The appartment feels quite comfortable due to it's open space character, high ceiling and big window. It was very clean and includes everything we needed. The bed was one of the best we ever had so far during our (world) travels. The facility also offered a good and nice option to park our car underneath, in the garage.

Cons: The glass shower panel was quite short so the bathroom floor got wet very easily. We were in the first appartment, near the main entrance so we did not see much from the general patio space but no big deal!

Beautifull stay

Pros: Very nice and new appartement with all you need including car park. The new type of hotels with no manned reception but all worked well. Located in a quiet living area within short walking distance to an excellent Italian restaurant Da Angelo. The perfect combination !

perfect location to explore the city of Valencia

Pros: The check in process was convenient and easy with door codes sent in advance, no need to meet anyone. The apartment is quite new, well equipped kitchen and comfortable beds with plenty of large pillows. Towels are changed every third day. Dedicated unterground parking space. The location is perfect to explore the city of Valencia. Although a school is nearby there was no noise or any other destraction.

Cons: There was no warm water at the bathroom sink but shower and kitchen sink worked perfectly fine.
