Congresos Flat by Concept Flats

Pros: Very nice apartment with everything what needed, helpful stuff.

Cons: The only flaw is just one window and the entrace to the apartment is directly from the street.

Great

Pros: The flat looks new and fresh. The location is close to the metro and bus station. It's a good location close to the Congress center. The flat was spacious. The photos reflect the flat. There was a disaster in Valencia and surroundings but we didn't have problems in this area.

Cons: The only problem was the WI_FI code - via email it was not correct - one number (3) was missing. In the flat there's the correct code. The entrance is from the street. No view. But - it was ok, since we stayed short and we just slept there.

Pros: everything about this stay is amazing! I love the host, she is very kind to explain everything and meet us in person, place is spacious, with a lot of appliances we can use. Everything is close and nearby the city center so walking a bit won't be a problem. I sincerely cannot think of anything bad about this stay.

Cons: nothing, everything is superb!

Pros: Amplasarea - aproape de principalele obiective turistice. Curățenie - exemplară. Mobilier modern și bine întreținut. Chicineta cu tot ce ai nevoie. Plita și cuptor electric funcționale, vesela suficientă pentru 4 persoane. Pat confortabil.

Cons: Nu este cazul.

Pratico e pulito

Pros: Anche se leggermente lontano dal centro, la zona è servita benissimo dai mezzi pubblici. Passeggiando nei dintorni ci sono molti ristoranti ottimi.

Cons: Una abat-jour per leggere a letto. È una piccolezza, ma una piccola luce vicino al letto è molto comoda.

Buena experiencia

Pros: Buena ubicación en relación a mi lugar de trabajo. Contaba con todo lo necesario para realizar las actividades cotidianas.

Cons: Dada mi estadía por varias semanas tuve que solicitar cambio de toallas y sábanas porque no estaba contemplado. Sugiero tener un mueble para guardar útiles de aseo y contar con una aspiradora.

Pros: Дуже чисто і просторо, комфортні ліжка, є кухня з базовим кухонним приладдям, холодильник, кавоварка і маленький чайник, мікрохвильовка, бойлер з досить великим запасом гарячої води.

Cons: Замок на дверях у ванній кімнаті, здається, зламаний. У спальній кімнаті немає ламп біля ліжка, але це не так суттєво.

Muy limpio y sin problema para entrar

Pros: Está muy bien comunicado. Tiene acceso en pocos minutos a metro, bus y tranvía. Además hay varios supermercados por la zona a pocos minutos del alojamiento. Es una zona muy tranquila. El personal estuvo atento en todo momento de si la llegada iba bien y todo estaba muy limpio.

Cons: Por poner una pega a título personal me habría gustado un calentador en el baño, ya que he ido a finales de febrero y para mi gusto hacía demasiado contraste de temperatura al salir de la ducha. El aparato de aire/ calefacción que hay fuera no es suficiente. Al menos para mí.

Comodidad

Pros: La faxilidad del check in y la comodidad de la casa en general.

Cons: La puerta de la calle me daba un poco de desconfianza.. entraba luz y sensación extraña.

Pros: Blisko do Palau de Congressos, dobry dojazd do centrum.

Cons: Zablokował się zamek w łazience. Nie mogliśmy go otworzyć ani z wewnątrz, ani z zewnątrz. Spędziłam upojne 40 min zamknięta w łazience.
