Pros: Brilliant location close to restaurant’s bars & public transport. Spotlessly clean with all the comfort of home

Pros: The location is close to market, and shopping area. The host Rafa is a great man. He is very thoughtful he put everything inside the apartment. More than expectations. Free car park just under the building is great opportunity.

Very kind and hospital owner, but the cleaning was very bad

Pros: Kindness and availability of the owner; it is very generous and hospitable person

Cons: The cleaning was very awful; we have taken some photos proofing this but we don't want share this for kindness and respect for the owner. It's advised to own-clean at your arrival

Pros: La accesibilidad con el dueño, intento adaptarse a nuestras circunstancias Piso amplio y muy bien localizado con transporte cerca

Cons: Nos saltaban el diferencial cuando encendimos todos los radiadores que eran eléctricos pero entendemos que fue un finde muy frío en valencia y no es habitual tener que encender todos los radiadores

Pros: Apartma je v mestu ob zelo prometni ulici. Okna so enoslojna, zato se promet zelo sliši. Nas to ni motilo, nekaterim pa je to zelo moteče. Lastniki so zelo prijazni in odzivni. V hladilniku nas je čakal sok in voda, na mizi rogljički. Metro in avtobus sta čez cesto. Trgovine in restavracije v bližini do 400 m.

Pros: Bel appartement sécurisé, très bien placé pour aller au centre de Valencia à pied. Les propriétaires sont très gentils, serviables.

Cons: La grande chambre est un peu bruyante par la circulation mais les trois autres chambres sont au calmes

Pros: O alojamento é espaçoso, as camas são confortáveis e tem lugar de estacionamento no edifício. O anfitrião é muito simpático deixou doces, água, leite, chocolate. Está localizado perto do metro, autocarros e tem bastante estabelecimentos comerciais na zona.

Cons: Existem ventoinhas em todos os quartos que melhoram o conforto mas em dias de muito calor seria bom ter ar condicionado

Pros: Tout était parfait. Je remercie le propriétaire pour son accueil chaleureux, qui nous a permis d'entrer dans l'appartement plus tôt et nous a fourni toutes les informations nécessaires.

Cons: Le seul problème auquel j'ai été confronté était de garer une voiture dans un garage car l'endroit était un peu petit pour ma voiture et je ne pouvais pas la faire entrer, mais le problème a été résolu car il y a beaucoup d'endroits sans voiture dans la rue.
