Pros: The apartment is very conveniently located - within walking distance of the city center. It was also convenient to get to the beach - several bus stops. The building has an elevator, so going up to the 5th floor was not a problem. You can hardly hear the noise from the street. Three separate bedrooms and a hall make a group of friends' vacation very comfortable. The apartment is cozy and clean. Bed linen and towels are in good condition and snow-white. The kitchen had enough dishes and utensils for cooking and cleaning. We recommend this apartment!
Cons: The faucet in the kitchen and the shower hose in one bathroom were leaking a little, but it was not a big problem. We hope the owners will fix it.

Great location
Pros: Great location, Aragó metro 1 minute walk away. Easy to navigate. 10 trip pass for €11 and can be topped up and used for multiple people. Metro, buses are free for kids. Take metro line 5 direct from the airport to Aragó, duration is approximately 40mins. I have 2 kids, 3 and 6 year old, I took their scooters and it was the best thing, loads of play parks nearby and a very flat city. The supermarket is very close to Aragó station and has everything you'll need.
Cons: The apartment has thin walls and you can hear everything.. This didn't bother me as my kids are deep sleepers. So if you are a light sleeper take earplugs

Pros: *the instructions to access the apartment were giving very clearly and on time, so you do not stress for it at last minute *located very close to everything. In bus it is very close to the city center *is a 5 floor with elevator..very convenient !! *it has a lot of natural light in the main bedroom *is pet friendly!
Cons: * it has “paper walls”. You can hear perfectly all your neighbours even when they speak and more when they move furniture. *the apartment is located almost in front of a football stadium. It may be noisy during football games. And finding parking nearby at that moment can become a problem.

Pros: The hosting person is polite. Location of appartment is good: metro station is close, supermarket is nearby. Shopping centre is in a walking distance.

Pros: The owner was very kind, quick to respond and available to welcome us. Very spacious and convenient for a group of people. The second bathroom is a big advantage. Clean and comfortable.
Cons: It would be useful to have more sheets, towels and bathroom products available just in case. Not at walking distance from the city center but close to public transport.

Pros: It was close to everything we needed. And there were no noisy neighbours
Cons: The fact that sometimes, maybe because it was cold outside and the electric radiators were plugged all the time, we had problems with the electrical panel, but we managed to solve it by ourselves.

Pros: Przede wszystkim lokalizacja. Blisko do metra oraz autobusów na plażę. Starówka dostępna na nogach. Czystość, przestronnosc pokoi.
Cons: Brak klimatyzacji w pokojach, wentylatory były, ale nie dawały wytchnienia od temperatury. Za mało kubków i szklanek jak na tak pojemne mieszkanie. Zatkany zlew w dużej łazience.

Geräumiges Apartment in top Lage
Pros: Die Agentur hat schnell und unkompliziert auf all unsere Anfragen geantwortet. Die Wohnung ist sehr groß und geräumig, und gut geeignet für einen längeren Aufenthalt. Die Lage ist top! Direkt neben dem Stadion (mit Blick auf die Tribünen!), in max. 5 min zum Turia Park und in 1 min zur Metrostation. Supermärkte, Restaurants, Bars und Cafés gibt es sehr viele in unmittelbarer Nähe. Es gibt einen Fahrstuhl. Zimmer sind vollständig abdunkelbar.
Cons: In der Küche könnte es etwas mehr Geschirr geben. Der Geschirrspüler hat nicht mehr gut funktioniert und war teilweise defekt, was wir aber der Agentur gemeldet haben. Vielleicht wurde er jetzt ausgetauscht!? Leider sehr hellhörig. Wir hatten aber Glück und keine/ leise Nachbarn.
