Clean, spacious and perfectly located apartment for exploring Valencia and enjoying the beach!
Pros: Excellent location, right next to Mestalla Stadium, just a 20-minute easy walk to the city center. Getting to the beach is very simple via bus line 32, which stops literally 30 meters from the apartment. The apartment is very comfortable for four adults and well-equipped with all necessary amenities. It’s located in a quiet building on the second floor, and the elevator is fully functional. Key collection is handled through a reception desk in another part of the city, but the process is straightforward and efficient. The apartment was very clean upon arrival, and everything was well-maintained. Fast and reliable Wi-Fi is available throughout the apartment.

Great location to discover the wonderful city Valencia
Pros: The apartment has a great location, just a few minutes walk from park, and also just around 10 minutes walk from downtown. The Metro station is also very close, and Bus 32 to the beach stops almost in front of the apartment. Ideal location to discover the city. Supermarket and bakery are available in the neighborhood as well. The apartment is quite roomy, quiet, and clean. The kitchen was well equipped, has gas stove and an electric oven, electric kettle, Krups Nespresso machine.
Cons: Apartment and furniture were cold when we arrived (December), but warmed up after we turned on the heating.

Pros: The apartment was lovely, renovated and comfortable for four. It was a pleasure to stay there. The hosts were helpful and assisted with everything we needed. The location of the apartment is close to the centre and in a very communicative location. I highly recommend it.

Good value for this money
Pros: Location is close to the historical centre, but far from the people massive. Al facilities including bathroom’s, drying machine and coffee capsules are in place. Good blackout system!
Cons: I like the remote way of checking in, but the key box is quite far from the apartment itself. The floor wasn’t very clean. Also we didn’t find the glasses for vine. Parking places searching is a STORY in Valencia. The accommodation doesn’t provide any kind of support with this. No blankets, only cover with sheet

Cons: After hours check in lockbox was 2 miles away.... fortunately our booking.com taxi guy was considerate to reroute our drive from airport for a large tip.

Мы уже второй раз здесь останавливаемся, поэтому могу рекомендовать тем, кто с детьми отдыхает.
Pros: Супер расположение, квартира очень удобная для семьи с двумя маленькими детками, рядом супермаркет и много кафе, сады Турии с множеством детских площадок и тренажеры. До моря удобно добраться, остановка автобуса рядом, также метро. Персонал очень отзывчивый, нас встретили прямо у двери, даже разрешили раньше заселиться ( у нас был ранний рейс) , это очень приятно ☺️. Мы уже второй раз останавливаемся в этой квартире, надеюсь, приедем еще. Кстати, рядом стадион Месталья, особенно ценно для мальчишек!
Cons: Все было хорошо , немного неудобно, что ранний выезд, но это сейчас у всех.

Pros: Apartmán je 15 min od historického centra Valencie. Pěšky se dá dojít příjemnou cestou parkem např. k Ocenáriu i dál k moři. Metro a zastávka autobusu je cca 5 minut. Autobusy jezdí spolehlivě dle rozpisu. Vynikající lokalita kousek od centra, kde ale nejsou ceny za ubytování tak vysoké. Apartmán je velmi dobře vybavený, vše odpovídá popisu a fotografiím. Naprostá spokojenost.
