Amazing!

Pros: The location was perfect, 10min walking to the city center. There were bus stops very close to the apartment as well as few bigger supermarkets. Beds were comfortable, everything was clean, so 10/10 overall. The host was so helpful. Would highly recommend this place to anyone.

We will go back to Valencia and probably again here at FV flats.

Pros: Everything was perfect. We arrived in the middle of the night and entering the appartement was easy and as described on the messages we received from the host. Appartement is very specious and it's location is perfect. All was clean including the whole building not just the appartement. Bus line number 32 is very close and there is a bus on like every 7 minutes. Huge supermarket just around the corner. You can see Mestalla stadium from the windows as a bonus.

Pros: The apartment is exactly as shown in the photos and is easily accessible by public transport. Bus and metro station in front of the apartment, as well as a supermarket. The center of Valencia and Turia Park can be reached on foot in a few minutes. The hosts are very friendly and we would recommend the accommodation to everyone.

Cons: Temperatures above 40°C during the day and warm nights.

Pros: Comfortable, spacious appartment in a great location close to metro station and store. Walkable distance to city centre.

Beautiful Valentia

Pros: Cozy apartment with very comfortable bed, three bedrooms and two bathrooms. Entering in the apartment is very simple. Location is excellent, near the metro and bus stations, and near the parks, yet in a quiet part of town. Laundry service is on the ground floor of the building. .

Cons: Kitchen could be a little better equipped. The ironing board is small and non-functional.

Pros: Lovely apartment opposite the stadium and had everything you needed. One en suite bathroom and second bathroom. Kitchen had everything you needed and lounge all spotless. Easy to find and not far from main centre.

Cons: It was freezing and only 2 out of the 4 heaters worked!

Good accommodation for a good price

Pros: Excellent accommodation in a good location. The apartment is large with two bathrooms and all necessary facilities. It is close to the metro station and bus station, supermarket, and plenty of cafes.

Cons: The only complaint is that the shower curtains are not long, so you have to be careful when showering.

Great location

Pros: very clean apartment, good location to explore the city

Pros: The accommodation was spacious, had all necessary things. The apartments are located close to shops,metro,buses even night bars. It's home from home.

Cons: The apartments are great, sadly you can hear the noise from your nieghbours moving around furniture and dropping things. This is only because it is ceramics tiled floors.

Just outside the city

Pros: Communication with the host was via WhatsApp where the arrival time was nominated. The intercom button press caused the building entry door to be unlocked. A keypad unlocked the apartment door and a set of keys were inside the apartment. The air conditioner is in the living room and there are portable electric fans that helped move the cool air towards the 2 bedrooms. There are external shutters over the bedroom windows. Street parking in the surrounding area is free (no blue or green parking zones) and reasonably easy to find. The Uber/taxi ride to the city centre was only about €8, which is an alternative to driving in and paying to park. There is no outside clothes line so the only option to dry the washed clothes is to use the fold-out hanger. A toiletry package was provided for each bathroom and a separate pack for the kitchen. The same liquid soap squeeze pack has to be used for both the basin and the shower.
