Breathe Apartments by Concept Flats

Modern Appartement in a local, non touristic environment

Pros: The communication with the owner was good. The apartment is modern and equipped with everything you need. There are no physical keys, just a convenient access code. The surroundings are quiet and peaceful, making it a relaxing place to stay.

Cons: The inner duvet between the sheets was dirty, which was disappointing. There was no option to leave our bags at the apartment before check-in, although the owner does offer nearby locker rental options. Unfortunately, the promo code we received did not work.

Pros: The comfort, the apartment is pretty big and has everything that you need.

Cons: There were no windows.

Pros: great location - everything is nearby, shops, tram/bus, park. good stay with pets. aircon worked perfectly.

Cons: due to the fact that everybody had the same security code - there have been occasions when somebody opened the door by mistake. also as the place basically had no windows - the air gets stale.

Pros: We liked the design and it was in a good location. We met with the cleaning lady and she was cute.

Exciting city break

Pros: Love the apartment so clean and everything you need for your stay. The host was very responsive. Close to bus station and the Porto La Arena approximately 15 mins walk where you can get the red hop on hop off bus, stop 8

Cons: We would have liked some information literature for things that happen in the area. Suggestion of places to eat. If your driving, be aware that parking is very difficult

Good stay!

Pros: The room was clean and excellent. The kitchen was fully equipped with everything necessary, allowing you to enjoy cooking comfortably in a spacious area. The location of this accommodation is excellent, with a subway station within a 10-minute walk, a train station within a 5-minute walk, and the beach area accessible in under 10 minutes. The room is accessed via a small path off the main road, so there was no concern about noise.

Cons: Occasionally, the shower would run out of hot water.

Pros: Excellent communication, excellent location, excellent quality, clean, modern etc for this money. Very highly recommended.

Cons: Nothing to mention here as everything was great. Thank you for your service.

Nothing but fabulous

Pros: The apartment was spacious, clean and comfortable. The location was incredible- 10 min walk to the beach or metro stop and only 5 to the bus stop. Supermarket around the corner. Perfect!!!

Pros: Very clean and modern apartment. I felt very secure. I was able to log into my Netflix account. The washing machine was very helpful. Could have done with a few washing pods, instead of having to buy a whole box from the shop.

Cons: Somewhere to dry your clothes. Perhaps an oven. There was a coffee machine but I wasn't able to buy compatible coffee pods in any of the shops. There area wasn't the best but close to the metro and a 20 min walk to the beach.

Perfect for our needs, clean and very comfortable.

Pros: Clean, easy to access and close to what we needed.

Cons: Not enough hot water for 3 showers.
