Great stay
Pros: Great communication from host. Great facilities including easy to use induction hob and washing machine. Easy to access property from lock box. Good restaurants and cafe's nearby and easy to access town via bus on our visit. Good parks nearby for children. Safe area. Beach a close walk away.

Nice apartment with perfect location and super owner!
Pros: We had a great time at this apartment. The owner’s communication is exceptional and he was very helpful with all our additional requests concerning early or late check out. The place is very close to metro station (4 min walk), restaurants, supermarkets. Walking distance also to very nice Cabanyal beach. I highly recommend this apartment for couples.

In short: a great stay! Highly recommended!
Pros: The location was great: about 15 minutes on foot to the closest beach, with plenty of services in the neighbourhood (supermarket, local market, bakers, fruits/vegetables shops, bars/ restaurants, pharmacy, etc.), very close to the metro station (5 minuts on foot tops) and to other public transportation. The apartment was super clean and comfortable, really nicely decorated and very well equipped. Our host was extremely nice and helpful throughout our stay.
Cons: The only mildly negative note was that the bar next door was a bit loud on one or two nights, but by 11.30 pm they were closed and everything was nice and quiet again :)

Very Enjoyable Stay. Great value and close to beach, city and amenities. Perfect.
Pros: Beautiful flat. Excellent location. Short walk to beach, metro and supermarket. Host was incredibly friendly and hugely helpful with any issues throughout my four days there. Speaks excellent English too. Great value for money and would 100% stay again. Would recommend to anyone coming to visit Valencia at anytime of the year.

Pros: Lokacija odlična blizu stanica metroa i autobusa gradskog prevoza, čistoća i opremljenost, saradnja sa domaćinom.
Cons: Blizina restorana koji su imali stolove neposredno ispred ulaznih vrata apartmana.

Pros: Mieszkanie świetnie wyposażone, było tam wszystko czego potrzebowaliśmy w czasie pobytu. Kontakt z właścicielem również bez zarzutu. Do plaży niewielki spacer, w pobliżu mieszkania sklepy oraz knajpki. Również blisko do przystanku metro, wypożyczalni rowerów. Pobyt był fantastyczny.
Cons: Jako mankament można wskazać pewną trudność z wietrzeniem. W mieszkaniu jest klimatyzacja, jednak nie chcieliśmy z niej korzystać.

Pros: L'appartamento aveva tutto, lava/asciuga, angolo cottura, un bel bagno grande. Abbiamo trovato anche qualche capsula del caffè offerta dal proprietario che abbiamo apprezzato. Quando siamo arrivati c'è stato un problema con le lenzuola ma la proprietà si è attivata subito e le ha cambiate.
Cons: Essendo chiaramente un negozio riadattato ad appartamento, non c'era la possibilità di aprire la finestra per arieggiare (visto che c'è una sola finestra ad altezza marciapiede). Siamo stati fortunati perchè in questo periodo la strada è chiusa per lavori quindi non passavano macchine ma il vociferare della birreria a fianco fino a tardi è stato un disturbo

Cuando viajas como nosotros los detalles de este lugar hacen que aún sea más especial
Pros: Es muy acogedor, todo muy nuevo y hecho con mucho gusto. Lo que más me gustó, y por eso lo alquilamos, es por que viajamos con una persona en silla de ruedas y ese lugar es súper accesible para ella. Sin ponerle trampas y poder disfrutar y moverse por toda la estancia.

Pros: La ubicación es estupenda. Recomiendo coger autobús turístico para ver todo y en concreto el casco histórico. Al oceanográfico y Museo de las Ciencias se puede ir en autobús número 99,la parada a 2 minutos del apartamento y a 3 min la estación de metro.
