Valentia Modern and Comfortable Beachside Style

Pros: Great location - walking distance to the sea, bus stop next door, everything clean and comfortable including a bed and brand new sofa.

Cons: You enter the place straight from the street so sometimes it might be noisy.

Amazing experience

Pros: It was very tidy, clean and comfortable! We had all the utilities we needed, even a hairdryer and a first aid kit. The apartament is very close to many bus stations and supermarkets. The beds were comfortable. A very good thing is that you can arrive at any hour, without needing to worry about reception hours. Overall an amazing experience!

Pros: Communication with the owner was perfect, the place was clean and well supplied for a family of four. Position of the apartment is very good - 50 m from playground, ca. 10 minutes walk to the beach, 3 minutes to Mercadona supermarket and 5 minutes to metro station. Good distances with small kids and with stroller.

Cons: Right next to the restaurant - people were sitting right outside (like 2 meters) the window, talking and smoking. Not good when you want to have some fresh air in the evening, since it is the only window. There was a weird humming sound from the neighbor (restaurant) - the wall and bed vibrates from the sound. From 21:30 - 22:00 every day, Not good for sleeping with small kids. Also the fridge was rather loud sometimes.

Recommend for a short stay, clean and big space.

Pros: Very close to the metro, very nice and cheap restaurants near, near supermarkets. Clean, big and comfortable room.

Cons: Not enough toliet paper, shower gel, tea, coffee and sugar for 5 days.

Pros: The apartment is very nice and clean and in super location. Bus stops around the corner and metro station just few minutes to walk. It was our pleasure to stay there.

Cons: On arrival we got a problem to check-in. The code and also online access didn't work. Fortunately there was cleaning stuff around (to clean another apartment) who was very friendly and helpful. Thanks to them.

Excellent stay

Pros: Beautiful apartment. Close to metro, bus stops, bikes. Lots of bars and cafes within steps of the apartment all very cheap. Walking distance to beach and easy to get around the city. Ideal for a small break away. Excellent facilities and very clean. Amazing communication with the owners.

Cons: For us it was perfect. There is a sofa bed but I think perhaps too small for a family to stay in.

I would definitely go there again!

Pros: It was in a good location, it was clean and really nice. We had a really good time there

Cons: Some of the supplies were missing or wasn’t enough. But everything else was perfect

Everything was great, except the beds. Easy access to the beach, stores and not far from nightlife.

Pros: Ground floor which is nice. Really great location in terms of quality food places being nearby. Great AC. Felt very clean on arrival and had everything we needed.

Cons: Would have been useful to have a vacuum cleaner. The beds are terrible. The couch bed especially, it breaks a body after one night. Nor are they big enough. Because of this I'd say this is not a room for 4 people, especially 4 adult males. One of us ended up sleeping on a €10 air matrass on the floor, which was more comfy.

Pros: Everything was perfect. The apartment was well equipped and comfortable for 4 people. It is in a great location: shops and a metro station are just a few minutes walk away, and the beach is about a 20 minute walk. The neighborhood was quiet, and we didn’t hear any noise from the nearby bar. The host was always available via chat and phone each day whenever we had any questions or problems.
