Very comfortable stay in the apartment which was very clean - courtesy of the excellent cleaner.

Pros: Breakfast not included but the cafe next door was perfect for breakfast fare.

Cons: Entrance door was stiff to open-and close-needs some attention.

Pros: Great apartment! Stylish, clean, and well-equipped! Perfect location, close to the beach and the old town. I’d love to come back!

Pros: Good facilities close by, supermarket within a 5 minute walk and lots of little shops and cafes. Staff were happy to accommodate early check ins and were very helpful with taxi bookings etc.

Pros: Апартаменты очень комфортные для проживания, хозяин очень вежливый, мы приехали раньше по времени, и как только освободился номер нам позвонили и разрешили заехать раньше по времени, за что ему огромное спасибо. Район очень хороший, всё есть, трамвай, автобус, метро, магазины и в мин 15 море. Нам очень понравилось

Tolle Lage, gute Ausstattung und perfekter Kontakt zum Besitzer

Pros: Die Wohnung in Valencia war ideal für unseren Aufenthalt. Sie liegt ca. 15 Minuten zu Fuß vom Strand entfernt. Die Küche ist modern und sehr gut ausgestattet, sodass man problemlos selbst kochen kann. Da die Wohnung im Erdgeschoss liegt, hat man einen direkten Zugang zur Straße. Besonders praktisch: direkt gegenüber befindet sich ein Obst- und Gemüseladen, gleich nebenan ein Bäcker. Der Kontakt mit dem Besitzer war perfekt – freundlich, zuverlässig und schnell erreichbar. Kleine Mängel gibt es immer, zum Beispiel klemmt die Eingangstür etwas und sollte repariert werden, aber das hat unseren Aufenthalt nicht gestört. Insgesamt eine sehr empfehlenswerte Unterkunft.

Pros: El lugar es perfecto para dos o tres personas. Tiene todas las comodidades, los elementos de cocina. Hay productos para el aseo personal y del lugar. Nos dejaron jabón para la ropa y todo tipo de productos necesarios para la estadía. La limpieza estuvo muy bien. La cama era cómoda.

Cons: Cuando ingresamos había un olor a cloacas muy fuerte que no era falta de limpieza sino que venía del drenaje. (Pero en algunos lugares de la zona también se pudo sentir). Lo solucionamos con inventos caseros para tuberías. Si bien no era el problema alivió bastante el olor intenso. Por lo único que no valoro con 10 pero el resto no hay nada que nos haya parecido mal

Perfect place to stay

Pros: It was a very nice house, very clean and with everything you need. I felt like home. The location was very good, near the train metro and buss. You can enjoy the beach 15 min walking and visit the city center 20 min by buss. Totally recommended🥰
