Very clean and modern furnishing

Pros: Comfortable and in a good location. Clean and well maintained. The facilities were also good.

Cons: The faucet in the bathroom leaked and was often on the floor. The kitchenette was good but lacked a hot plate (there was a provision for it but it just was a cavity in the table)

Our stay in your property

Pros: Everything was fine! Cleanliness, facilities, bathroom, especially location. It was superb!

Cons: What we did not like about the property was the noise from the neighbour room. We were there with our 2 kids and whenever the neighbours used to come home, it was like if they were in our room. I would definitely do something regarding the noise insulation. The other thing was that I had thought that we would be having 2 single beds instead of the sofa. The sofa itself was not as comfortable as a bed, but it was ok. I would change the add as it is misleading .

As for me very good

Pros: All clean and comfortable, new kitchen equipment and bathroom. Landlord left some tea and coffee. Very good location (10 min near oceanarium) Have some problems with searching location( app gave wrong location) . Need more clarity instruction. And this is ground floor.

Pros: The apartment is new and well equipped. It's easy to access and there are a lot of free parking areas around. The location is also very good. The proprietor was very kind and available all the time for any assistance. Highly recommended!

Mejoró nuestras expectativas

Pros: La ubicación a 5 minutos de la ciudad de las artes y las ciencias, camas cómodas, todo muy nuevo y muy bien equipado, más de lo que pone la descripción del apartamento, hervidor, cafetera de cápsulas, microondas con grill, tostadora no tiene horno ni vitrocerámica, pero para el tipo de estancia que yo buscaba tampoco lo necesitaba.

Cons: Si eres consciente que es un bajo reformado y por lo tanto vas a tener un poco más de ruido no debería haber ningún problema.
