Pros: Very central located, great with the private parking (extra fee) everything was clean and the apartment had everything you needed. Would be happy to visit again.

Pros: Clean apartment with everything needed for a short stay. A market and café are very close by!

Cons: I had an issue with the check-in, but the staff resolved it promptly and with great courtesy. Still, I recommend contacting them, if necessary, during business hours. The apartment I stayed in had an odor coming from the pipes. They also withhold a €150 deposit, which is returned at the end of the stay.

Really nice apartment, in a great location

Pros: I did have an issue but this was resolved very quickly, effectively my online check in was not received but within a minute of re-doing this I was granted access keys to enter the property

It was comfortable and amazing stay!

Pros: Really clean and comfortable apartment. On third day got new towels while we were outside. Really nice location as 24/7 shop is at the end of the street, beach is in walking distance as well as supermarket “Aqua” and Ciudad de las Artes y las Ciencas/Oceanogràfic València.

Pros: We really liked the apartment, it was close to the beach and the store. The apartment had everything we needed for our stay.

Cons: Bathroom is a bit dirty, the shower gel box is broken, and the shower switch is broken.

Pros: We were going to concern at the port so location was spot on 10 minute walk. Very close to supermarket and bars and restaurants. Accommodation was an open plan room with seperate shower room, contained all we needed and large balcony was great ...we booked loft as it had the balcony. Well equipped, comfortable bed, nice linen and towels. Great car parking facility under apartment block. The communication with host was great via whatapp prompt response and very patient ! Would highly recommend. 🌟 🌟 🌟 🌟

Cons: Only slightly confusing issue was the check in arrangements..in advance I expected a code for key safe or key pad ... I was sent a link at 4oclock set check in time (unable to get in earlier) on phone and this took me to a page with all the doors ... garage, lift, accommodation .... it was REALLY simple all you had to do was swipe the door you wanted and automatically opened ... however as I was unfamiliar with this i was worried about swiping as I did t know if I needed a code....it is however VERY simple but as an older non technical person this was a bit scary ....I would suggest the provider sends a simple clear and reassuring message to guests explaining the arrangements in advance.
