Overall it was a great experience

Pros: It was great for 7 members. The location is near multiple stores within 5-10mins walking distance and the beach is around 15mins away. They were kind enough to offer us free cleaning services in the middle of our stay which is an extra we didnt expect but it was a great gesture from them. Also the bus is 3mins away.

Cons: The upstairs neighbours had a party almost every night and they were moving chairs and furniture around constantly even trough out the night and due to this a lot of sleep has been lost. But its not the fault of the owner so i cannot say it was bad.

A big and well equipped apartment

Pros: The apartment is very big, clean and well equipped, we are two families, which is suitable for us; the location is very good, many restaurants nearby, it is also close to the beach and metro station, only 10 mins walking, the staff were very nice, they answered our questions promptly.

Cons: We found two small cockroaches in one of the bathrooms, maybe they were from ventilation shutters. The wall of the apartment is very thin, we could hear the neighbours talking and the noise of pulling chairs in the middle of the night.

Pros: Sobre todo lo limpio y bien organizado que estaba, tiene de todo para pasar una buena estancia

Cons: Quizá del centro se encuentra un poco retirado, pero en bus estás en 20 min

Konum mükemmel, hizmet iyileştirimeli

Pros: Marinaya ve plaja yakın olması güzel, ekim ayında gittiğimiz halde denize giren insanlar vardı. Biz vaktimiz olmadığı için giremedik. Yazın daha iyi bir tercih olabilir. Evin yapısı bizim için mükemmeldi. Biz ikis karı koca toplam 4 arkadaş gittik. Dairenin girişinde bir oda ve banyo vardı. Uzun bir koridor sonrası diğer odalara ve banyoya ulaşılabiliyordu. Bir daire içinde 2 daire gibi olması bizim için mükemmel oldu. Çocuklu ailelere de önerebiliriz.

Cons: Daireye giriş için checkin saati 16.00 diye bildirildi ve sormamıza rağmen 16.02'den önce bize giriş bilgileri iletilmedi. Bu biraz rahatsız ediciydi. Bununla birlikte ayrılacağımız saati bir gün önceden bildirmemize ve normalde de 12.00 olamasına rağmen ayrılacağımız gün 8.30^da kapımız çalındı ve biz kalkıp açana kadar temizlik personeli tarafından kapı açılarak içeri girildi. Bu da oldukça rahatsız ediciydi.

Wohnung mit Herz

Pros: Die zentrale Lage in der Nähe von Strand und Hafen sowie die besonderes gute Möglichkeit, die öffentlichen Verkehrsmittel der Metro Valencia zu nutzen. Sehr freundliches Personal und eine sehr hübsche moderne Wohnung zum Wohlfühlen für 6 Personen mit kleinen Überblraschungspaeckchen beim Ankommen.

Cons: Es gibt nichts zu beanstanden
