Very comfortable apartment

Pros: It was spacious for a family of 4, comfortable beds, good location, clean, we had everything we needed

Cons: WiFi was on and off all the time :(

Attention to detail

Pros: An apartment with attention to detail and comfort. It felt like home. Spacious, quiet and with everything you would need.

Close to city centre

Pros: Excellent location for sightseeing in city centre. Close to shops, restaurants, bars and bus station. Very useful washing machine and dishwasher. Comfortable beds. Secure building with friendly neighbours.

Cons: No view of any sort, not that important when out of the apartment all day but felt a bit dark when there. Asked for early check in and was told to ask when arrived which we did, only to be told it wasn't possible as lock was on a timer. Would have been useful if this had been made clear from the outset instead of giving false hope of an early entry.

Pros: You do not need to meet someone to open the doors, this is good if you arrive late. You need to download an app to open the doors. I am not good with IT but this was very easy. It is less than 10mins walk to Turia metro and right beside the Jardin de Turia that runs through Valencia.

Family trip to Valencia

Pros: Great apartment! Very good location, well equiped. Very good for families - 2 separete bedrooms (we were with two sons 8,9 years old).

Spacious apartment in quiet neighbourhood, very close to old town and parks

Pros: We were pleasantly surprised by the size and fit-out of the apartment - I wish my kitchen at home was as well-equipped as here! The key collection was very straight-forward - thank-you to our host for your communication and taking the time and effort to make this procedure as easy as possible. The location was good - there are buses and trams reasonably close by and the Jardin de Turia and its many parks were basically just across the road which was ideal, as we were travelling as a family.

Pros: Good, Nice place Morden amenities. clean and comfy Apartment. Located in the centre, easily accessible to new and old centres.

Cons: check-in timing.

A good option in Valencia. Neat and clean.

Pros: The apartment feels quite well put together and is neat. It is comfortable and conveniently close to the centre, although a bit far to visit some popular areas of the city on foot, such as Russafa.

Cons: The process of getting the keys was straightforward enough but in the days before arrival I was asked my estimated time of arrival at the property because I might be charged 30€ after 20:00. This seemed a bit silly since the keys were in a padlock case opposite the property. It made me suspect that they would send someone only after 20:00 in order to charge the late fee, but leave the keys in the padlock if they thought that I would arrive earlier and, therefore, they would not be able to charge the late fee.

Nice apartment next to Turia Garden and in walking distance from the city center.

Pros: Good location near Turia garden and city center, flat is nice and good communication with the owner.

Cons: Baby cot wasn't comfortable for sleeping, as it was baby fence so to say but we solved it another way.

Pros: Beautiful location, everything is near: Turia, supermarkets, transport. Lovely district! The apartment has no balсony but still comfy!

Cons: All great, just would be cool to add some small things like more hangers and a chopping board.
