Old Town Flat by Concept Flats

Spacious and central yet missing the final touch

Pros: very spacious apartment, super easy - functional electronic lock, great location, clean, portable heater made it warm quickly

Cons: the apartment would benefit from some further maintenance (as noted in other reviews as well), the smell of sewage, only minimalist equipment (some of which worn out or creaky), better blinds in the bedroom would help - the street lights are very strong at night; our stay was during the Valencia marathon which made all accommodation very pricey - not matching the service provided, some ants in the small room

Perfect

Pros: Great location and very spacious with a lot of facility’s like blowdryer, washing machine, two bathrooms and a balcony.

Cons: The only small negative was that one of the doors in the appartment didn’t open again after closing it. But after contacting the host they immediately sent a mechanic to fix it!

Pros: Loved the location of this apartment, it's close to most things or just a very short walk.

Cons: This apartment is no good if you want to leave your phone at the apartment or lose your phone as you have to use an app to get into the apartment so there are no keys so make sure your on full charge before going out and don't lose your phone! Otherwise you won't be getting back in. Also the property states ironing facilities, this means there is only an iron and no ironing board, no good when wanting to iron something like a shirt, trousers or a dress, I contacted the property about this which they replied unfortunately we don't have an ironing board, then I was told to use the table, not acceptable! They then told me they would deliver an ironing board and 3 days later still hadn't. It never arrived. Also this apartment is Very noisy! The restaurant downstairs is very noisy and the neighbours upstairs are always dragging things across the floors so take earplugs. Unsure if I would this apartment again just for the fact of the noise, the app you have to use to get in and owners not delivering what they promised (the ironing board)

A wonderful stay in a fantastic city!

Pros: The apartment was spacious and spotlessly clean.The location was wonderful…quiet area of old town and within walking distance of all sights.

Cons: I would have liked a physical key instead of a digital one as ,only for one of us was technical,we’d have been unable to get into the property.

Week long stay with child

Pros: Great location for exploring the historic centre. Good size/ spacious and air conditioning invaluable

Cons: Communication via the mobile number given to us wasn't effective - didn't get responses. Could do with oils/salt etc for cooking

Schöne große Wohnung

Pros: Gute Lage, leckeres Café nebenan - tolles Frühstück. 2 Bäder, viel Platz, gute Ausstattung, genug Handtücher

Cons: Leicht verwohnt, Nachttisch im kleinen Zimmer fehlt, Ventilator ging nicht, Klimaanlage im Schlafzimmer schlecht zu bedienen, Balkon zu eng zum sitzen. Aussicht schrecklich - außer einem tollen Feigenbaum.

Logement agréable. J'y reviendrai

Pros: La situation géographique. Bien situé dans le centre, et à proximité des transports en commun

Cons: Le volet de la chambre ne fonctionnait pas mais ce n'était pas génant

Pros: Struttura pulitissima accogliente e fornita di tutto il necessario

Pros: Ottimo posizione, ampio appartamento, letti comodissimi. Ottima assistenza.

Cons: Se posso dare un consiglio, essendo anni fa stata una host, aggiungerei un cambio in più di asciugamani per 5 notti e magari quelli per la doccia li metterei un po’ più grandi, la ventola del lampadario in camera non funzionava ed il clima nonostante l’assistenza tempestiva, alla notte improvvisamente emette un forte rumore e gocciola…

Gran ubicación.

Pros: Excelente ubicación. Que la llave tenga app es muy cómodo.

Cons: Tiene 2 baños pero 1 solo W.C, el de matrimonio es solo ducha y para 4 personas se queda corto.
