Pros: The apartment is lovely. Very light and spacious. Location is perfect. Nice bottle of wine on arrival. It is situated in the oldest part of town, by one of the landmarks and over the road from the Turia park. Bed was comfortable. Apartment was very clean. Lots of lovely restaurants on the same street.
Cons: Note that check in is from 3 pm and can be pushed back by the owner. It is self catering accommodation so if you intend to cook some of the amazing food from Central Market, note that some of the pans don't work on the induction hob. No tea towels are provided (we had to buy one) and no dishwasher. Nothing like tea, coffee or milk provided. The coffee maker requires pods. As mentioned in other comments, it can be noisy at time. This is from the street below, the very busy road and the apartment above. The lift is only for groceries and luggage. For humans in apartment 2 (2nd floor) it is a 48 step twisted staircase. Just something to consider for mobility.

Location, location, location! And good sleep.
Pros: The appartment is perfectly located right next to the Torres de Serrano, and has all the appliances you could need. It is very light and spacious, and the wooden shutters create ideal sleeping conditions. The owners stayed in touch with us and reacted to any issues or questions promptly. The heating was effective overall. We really enjoyed our stay, thank you.
Cons: If you're not used to tiled floors, bring slippers, as they are cold to touch. The bathroom in particular remained rather cold despite the heating (we visited in Jan). While the appartment was really pleasant, clean and comfortable, some of the appliances and equipment show some signs of usage, so I'd suggest a little bit of remodelling / upgrade. We'll happily return to see the improvements!

A comfortable and cozy stay; however, if you are sensitive to nighttime noise, this place is not suitable.
Pros: We liked the location, the cozy apartment, the comfortable bathroom, and the cleanliness. The host sent clear recommendations; however, some of them were written very strictly, for example: DO NOT ASK IF YOU CAN CHECK OUT LATER THAN 11.
Cons: We did not like the terrible sound insulation: everything could be heard from outside, and the noise prevented us from sleeping during all three nights. It was also strange that the apartment had cookware that was not suitable for the induction cooktop. For example, we noticed there was a moka pot and bought coffee, but it could not be heated. The same applied to some of the pots.

Perfect apartment to explore the Valencia! We'll come back!
Pros: The location of the apartment was perfect. We loved being in the historic center. In addition, small shops were close by to do our groceries. The kitchen was very well equipped. And the host was super reactive!
Cons: Nothing. Everything was perfect.

Second time we have stayed -love the location and the property is first class
Pros: Breakfast not available as part of the offer and not expected - there is plenty of choice in the immediate vicinity- we opted for self catering
Cons: Only one small thing but a major problem - WI-FI not good at upper level

Pros: Great central location to discover Valencia's historic places. Plenty of lovely places nearby to eat, drink and have a good time.
Cons: After the front door entrance the sensor light did not come on immediately.

Much needed break before facing winter at home!
Pros: Location - great. Bike hire nearby and the fantastic park. Plenty to see.
Cons: We had one noisy evening down below our window. It would be wise to check for any fiestas that would coincide with the stat.

Spacious apartment, excellent location.
Pros: All of it . The location is fantastic, a vibrant area with lovely balcony views of an historic site . Lots of great restaurants nearby, short walk to historic centre . Host very responsive to any requests.
Cons: The area is lively so it can be quite noisy at night although this never hindered our sleep.
