Pros: The host Javi is very friendly. Helps you with anything you would want. Gives information about the city and so on. The location of the appartement is fantastic. Mostly spanish tourists and locals here. In the evenings on the boulevard locals are singing and dancing. Lots a good bars and restaurants around. For instance the foodmarket which is the neighbouring building. The appertement is very good and had everything you might like.

Cons: Just one thing, the bed is small. We had to sleep seperately. Too short for long people to be comfortabel and to narrow for two people if you are not spooning. But other then that everything is really fantastic.

Excellent stay in a beautiful city

Pros: Javi is an excellent host. He is very welcoming and friendly and told us everything we needed to know about Valencia. He gave us lots of helpful tips regarding sightseeing and restaurants to visit. His apartment is very clean and spacious and so close to the beach and restaurants.

Pros: apartment is at a Great location, near the beach and Nice restaurants. The terrace is Amazing. Javi is a Great host, Very responsive and helpful.

Cons: the apartment is right above a bar and a neighbour with loud music. keep this in mind when you are looking for a quiet place.
