Exquisite studio apartment with an original design

Pros: Our stay was fantastic! I travelled with 5 of my friends, and the house was big enough for us. We were greeted by a lovely host who, it turned out, spoke a little Polish, our language:) He gave us the keys and showed us around the apartment. He also advised us on how to get around Valencia and which bus went to the beach and the city centre, which was very helpful! The apartment was very clean, with basic toiletries, a hairdryer, and plenty of towels (even special ones for the beach!). The kitchen had basic spices, olive oil, water, and a capsule coffee maker. There's also a dishwasher. The beds were comfortable; there's a fold-out sofa, a loft bed, and a regular bed below. The only downside is that the loft bed got hot at night, but there's air conditioning. There's also a small terrace where you can hang wet clothes on a drying rack. Overall, our stay was wonderful, thank you!

Cons: Everything was perfect, but keep in mind that this apartment isn’t in the city centre of valencia so you need to take the bus (which is 2 minutes walk from the apartment, really close) or you can use uber just like we did:) For group of 6 people uber is profitable

Perfection

Pros: It was spacious and easy located with public transport

Pros: The studio is very spacious and has all you can need. It is located in 10 mins walk to the oceanografic and 15 mins from the beach. We were very pleased with the owner and the place.

Pros: Great design, amazing welcome by the hosts - really enjoyed and would stay there again

Great value for the money

Pros: Everything. Super comfy beds (2 of them) plus sofa. When we had problem with hot water in the shower upon arriving, the owner immediately responded and showed up at the property and helped us/showed how to use shower (super quickly responsive). We had water, coffee, sugar, super equipped kitchen with ktch.utensils, microwave, owen, toaster... marketplace nearby, also tram line nr. 10 nearby (end of line - this line goes directly to the center of Valencia in opposite direction). Everything was great.

Cons: Nothing that we didn't like.

Pros: studio apartment easy to locate from airport by car or local transport on arrivail host was there to welcom us to collect keys also on departure / self catering local food shops bus stop and tram just a short walk away

Cons: everything was just what we expected right from us booking this studio we did look at other apartments we decided this one suited us for a short in vallencia

Bellissimo appartamento

Pros: Pulitissimo, c e tutto quello che serve, host rapidissimo ed efficace

Apto muito novo e excelente anfitrião.

Pros: O apto era super novo e tínhamos tudo o q era necessário. O anfitrião foi super solícito e sempre nos atendeu rapidamente quando necessitamos.

Cons: Apenas o sofá cama q rangia muito. Quem fica no mesanino tem q ter energia p super e descer as escadas. O bairro é antigo e tem q se ter atencao ao caminhar à noite. Mas isso não atrapalhou em nada a nossa estadia.
