Budget friendly

Pros: Budget friendly, free parking, neat rooms, keyless entry, prompt response.

Cons: It is far from Valencia city, and needs uber ride as it is in a remote area.

Extremely good value for money

Pros: Fully automated so no stress on arrival time. Very large room, memory foam comfy beds, powerful shower. Nice terrace that caught the morning sun. A few minutes' walk from a lovely beach and river estuary. Secure parking (behind locked gate) was great. Cheap coffee vending machine got us on the way.

Very convenient

Pros: Great place, very calm. Although there is no reception, the owner is immediately available on WhatsApp and very supportive. The space of the room is very convenient, especially the bathroom. We had rain all the time, so we did not enjoy the nice terrasse. The parking next by is a big advantage. The heat in the room is perfect as it was quite cold outside. Thank you so much, we really enjoyed our short stay.

Cons: The isolation between the rooms, we easily hear people within the next by rooms when laughing or speaking, but this is the case for most the hotels in Spain.

Pros: The location was perfect, bars and the small supermarket around. The bus stop was also a few minutes away and you can take the bus directly to Valencia. The rooms were clean. There were some machines downstairs where you could buy some snacks water and drinks. The beach a few minutes away was not very crowded. I guess it was not a tourist hot spot so we really enjoyed the flair of Spain and time with local people who are very friendly.

Pros: We were comfortable with the room. Microwave oven is available near reception which was a plus for us since we're mostly into midnight snacking. The facility is quiet and clean too. Secure and having codes to access the hotel made everything easier for us.

Cons: The room that we booked that says beach view was disappointing. it's really actually far from the beach and you can only see dirts in front on an unoccupied land. Hotel was a little too far from the center and we always have to be home early since we are afraid we cannot catch the last bus trip since there are only two buses that goes to this place and the other bus last trip was I think around 5 or 6pm.
