Pros: Beautiful, clean 2 bedroom apt.. Maria met us on our arrival, such a lovely happy lady. Showed us where everything was. It has its own private cave, so clean and well lit. The photos of the apartment were exactly what we stayed in, which was great. Spotlessly clean, lovely kitchen with views of the church. Beautiful bedrooms with such comfy beds.fans for the rooms as it was so hot when we were there. Lovely and quiet at night. It also had a fab. Veranda at the top to sit out, which we used all the time. 2 minutes into another square in the old town, where there were bars, restaurants, and wine and cave museums. New town with a lovely walk avenue 5 mins, plenty of tapas and cafes, and a big supermarket there. Top class apt. Maria kept in touch in case we required anything. Thank you Maria.

Cons: Everything was fab, cannot find any fault.

Beautifully Renovated House & Perfect Accommodation to explore the sights in the Old Town of Requena

Pros: Beautifully renovated home & fabulous accommodation in the heart of the Old Town within walking distance to the must see sights of Requena. This house is amazing, immaculately clean with good quality furnishings & very comfortable beds. The house has windows on 2 sides so light & bright, large rooms, an amazing terrace with views of Santa Maria facade & its very own cave! Maria is an amazing host & nothing is too much trouble also thank you to Javi for translations. 2 parking spaces outside the door & discounted entrance tickets to caves & museums a welcome addition.

Cons: A kettle would be great - sorry I am English & drink tea (ha ha). Also no air conditioning although not needed in September so the fans were fine.

Amazing house in the perfect location

Pros: Amazing house that has been renovated beautifully and is situated in a lovely part of town. The rooftop terrace and the cave are great features and make for an interesting experience and stay in Requena. Highly recommended!

Charming townhouse in central Requena: stylish, comfy, and perfect for exploring the historic city.

Pros: Communication with the host was fluid and easy. The host was waiting for us on arrival and was always available if we needed anything.

Cons: There was no AC

Pros: We loved the style of the house which has been renovated whilst keeping some charming original features. It is in a central location in town overlooking a beautiful old church The hosts are very welcoming, friendly and helpful We would highly recommend this property to anyone looking for a stay in Requena

Pros: La actitud de María, nuestra anfitriona, fue extraordinariamente cordial, y sus explicaciones, realmente útiles para una estancia que fue, en nuestro caso, excesivamente corta. La casa, en pleno centro, está reformada y decorada con un gusto exquisito. Y finalmente Requena merece sin duda, por muchos motivos culturales e históricos, una visita para conocer su riqueza y su belleza. Absolutamente recomendable.

Cons: No hay ningún aspecto que pueda considerarse negativo.

Pros: Limpieza y confort. Muy bien ubicada,muchas luz. Todo lo necesario para pasar una estancia agradable. María ,la propietaria es muy agradable y servicial. Nos hemos sentido como en casa. Lo recomiendo.
