Outstanding and an unforgettable stay

Pros: The staff make this hotel. They were so friendly that both me and my husband felt at home. The hotel, the room, the restaurant and the spa were nothing but beautiful. We got a beautiful welcome with a bottle of cava which I believe was for our anniversary but that was so thoughtful and we very much appreciated it. I’d also like to mention that I am not a big drinker but Nico that works behind the bar made me question that because those cocktails were amazing. Overall - the whole trip was made incredibly special by the staff and we are very grateful. Thank you!

Cons: Nothing to fault.

All staffs are very good, polite and very helpful.

Cons: some of the equipment was a bit broken like toilet flush for example.

Remains one my of my favourites in Valencia...

Pros: Arrival from airport, check-in was all seamless. The rooms are updated, with a bright and friendly ambience and are despite facing the large but quiet road very quiet and comfortable. I have stayed in this hotel several times over the years, it was maintained its charme and attraction, the city center is in walking distance.

Cons: There is really nothing to complain about - never tried the facilities or Spa, only room and breakfast, which is also excellent. I dont recall the parking facilities it can be difficult along the wide but generally quit road given a number of roadside cafes and restaurants in teh vicinity.

Great location, style, and the service was fab...a little over priced for the size of the room.

Pros: The location and the hotel was beautiful. I also really appreciated the staff that put a great effort into the experience. Everyone was trying to make a great experience.

Cons: I felt the room was a little small, and we upgraded from an upgrade. disapointing.

Cosy, Good friendly and helpful staff.

Pros: Location is perfect, close to center and within walking distance to parks.

Cons: Noise from inside courtyard carries up when other residents are sitting there especially into the evening. Also some sort of music that plays over the intercom system is a bit annoying.

Short stay in Valencia

Pros: Only 15 minute cab ride away from city center / old town. Nearest Metro station Cologne 700 m. Expensive but accomodation and facilities reflects the same. Staff are extremely helpful. Check in was slow as room was not available for some times. However they provided with drink voucher as saying sorry. I strongly recommend to do online check in to reduce time spent at reception.

Cons: Nothing much.

Nice place to stay in Valencia - high quality part of the Hospes hotel group

Pros: The hotel is centrally located, high quality in a safe location. We booked it because we stayed at the Hospes in Salamanca, it is not quite the same, but similarly good. Breakfast was really good and is one of the reasons why I recommend this hotel. There is valet parking and without asking me the staff charged our electric car, which was great. There is a small spa with a pool. Staff was attentive and helpful.

Cons: Nothing really, at the moment there is some renovations on the ground floor, but these should be completed by end of August.
