Pros: My daughter loved the Airbnb, everyone was so polite and respectful. The kitchen is so well organised for all guests. The breakfast was delicious and it's such a thoughtful thing to do. The room was really clean and looked just like the pictures. I definitely recommend this for anyone going to valencia but doesn't want to stay in the city, it's just 16 minutes by metro which is a 12 minute walk from the Airbnb. She will definitely stay here again.

Excellent clean & quiet location.
Pros: Clean, quiet location. En suite shower had hot water, power points plentiful. Breakfast was fine, loved Valencian Oranges. Lighting good, key card worked perfectly well. Well located within 5 mins of Metro & Mercadona supermarket
Cons: Would have preferred kettle in my room - there was one in Kitchen however. There was no cooked or warm breakfast. Coffee was served lukewarm, so following day I stuck to Green Tea n honey, which was great. As an Englishman, would have preferred to see dome regular Tea options Cheese slices should be separated from meat slices.

The room was brand new and clean, with a great kitchen for cooking and an excellent balance of price
Pros: I really enjoyed my stay! The room was great, and all the facilities were brand new and sparkling clean. I especially liked the large kitchen — it’s very convenient to be able to cook your own meals. Overall, it’s excellent value for money. Highly recommended!
Cons: I wasn't quite satisfied with the breakfast as it was very basic and limited. However, there are plenty of nice places nearby where you can go out and have a proper meal instead.

Pros: The host is very friendly and the cleaning lady is very kind. I feel very comfortable to stay there, surrounding is very quiet. I will definitely come again.
Cons: sometimes during the public holidays, there is less Metro, there is some buses, but you need to walk 24 minutes. sometimes the buses come a bit randomly. Metro works well except for holidays.

Pros: Demar is a very good value for the money, what I liked the most was the overall cleanliness and functionality. My room was comfortable, spacious and quiet. Although very distant from the centre, the place is connected by metro (the station is not far away, about ten minutes of easy walk).
Cons: Very basic breakfast options, but there is a shared kitchen for those who might want to bring their own food. I knew that the place was far away from the centre, but I did not expect empty streets in the evenings. The neighbourhood seemed uninhabited, almost no people around.

Pros: Residencia Demar exceeded all my expectations. Everything was perfect: it was so clean and cozy, the room was very cozy with plenty of storage space, and the bed was very comfortable, the common areas were very cozy, and the kitchen was excellent, the location was close to my work destination, and the staff was really friendly. The laundry facilities were also a plus. Overall, great value for money. I would definitely stay here again.
