Pros: 24 h reception with very friendly and helpful staff. Confortable and clean rooms with a nice view. The staff left a note with a small present for kids during the night when the Three Wise Men come.(a Spanish tradition)

Pros: Amazing hotel in a perfect location, it absolutely exceeded my expectations. Staff is very nice. Room was clean with nice view to the street; it is definitely my place to book also for my next visit to Valencia.

Pros: We had a really nice stay at this hotel. The breakfast was excellent and offered a great variety of choices. The room was cleaned daily, and the large balcony with a beautiful view made our stay even more enjoyable.

Cons: The room was a bit small, but the balcony made up for it.

Pros: The location is fantastic. Great area and not too far to walk to the historic centre. The staff were friendly and the breakfasts were good.

Cons: We had a problem with the heating, the keycard and the safe, but the staff responded well and issues were resolved and a portable heater provided.

Great room close to everything.

Pros: Very clean and well-presented room. The hotel was an easy walk to the city center and the train station. The hotel staff were more than helpful in showing us where to go and what to do.
