Pros: Beautiful apartment in a fabulous area 50m from the spectacular beach, host was great communication helpful, on the ball.would really recommend this place !had a brilliant holiday.

Magnificent apartment near Valencia. Highly recommend

Pros: Over the years of traveling, I can confidently and responsibly say that this is the BEST apartment in terms of how the host has seriously thought through the guests' stay in great detail. The apartment has REALLY everything (from dozens of types of spices to umbrellas and sun loungers). We loved the evenings on the balcony overlooking the embankment. The sea is right in front of our noses, within walking distance. The beach is clean, the sea is clean and very warm. The contingent is pleasant (especially against the backdrop of Barceloneta). Completely corresponds to the photo. Maybe even better in reality. The host was always in touch and helped with our small questions.

Cons: The price is quite high. But the quality of the holiday was really VERY good. The neighbors on the opposite balconies also like to gaze at the sea in the evening) Far from center of Valencia (we took a taxi several times).

Pros: We had a very nice stay in your apartment. We loved the location, close to the beach. The terrace was great with a nice view, also the extra deck chairs to put on the extra large terrace downstairs was lovely. The dining and living room was just fine and a good size. Happy with all the cushions on the couch. Kitchen, small but well equipped. Loved the touch of small useful items such as salt, washing up liquid, bin bag and dishwasher cubes. The bed was comfortable and the fact that the bed was made and there were enough towels is a great thing. The bathroom is well equipped and the lid on the bidet was very handy. The soap dispenser was full and there was plenty of toilet paper. The fact that such small basic items are available is a big plus. The parking space is very practical, the remote control does not work, but we were able to open it with the key. We had the apartment for a very fair price and that made our stay complete. We would love to come back next time.

Relaxing holiday

Pros: Fantastic location right next to the beach in a calm area. Supermarkets/restaurants close by. Well connected to the center/airport with public transport. Apartment well equipped with additional amenities. The host was very kind and answered any questions quickly.

Cons: I can not complain about anything.

Pros: Silence, peace and quiet. Modern flat with all facilities, splendid location, next to the beach. Lots of restaurants and shops around. Feels very safe (doorperson) and civilised. Not the cheapset option, but definitely value for many. Very responsive manager. External blinds ensure 100% darkness. Sweet balcony. Highly recommended. 10 out of 10 experience.

Pros: El apartamento es muy cómodo, al lado de la playa, salida directa al Paseo marítimo y el parking amplio y muy comodo. Esta totalmente equipado, la cama cómoda, el sofá y la cocina perfectos y la pequeña terraza con vistas al mar una preciosidad. Cerca tiene todo tipo de servicios, restaurantes, supermercados, farmacia, estanco, etc.. Y con conexión directa con el centro de Valencia en el autobús 31 y con el oceanografic en el 99..En resumen, perfecto.

Cons: Lo único que deja mucho que desear es el abandono que se nota por parte del propietario hacia su propiedad... Nada más entrar, te encuentras un agujero enorme en la pared.. Los estores y las paredes llenos de manchas de suciedad y de insectos aplastados. El hervidor de agua lleno de moho al igual que las rejillas de ventilación. El cuarto de limpieza fue mejor dejarlo cerrado del fuerte olor que tenía. Da la impresion de que se aprovecha de su inmejorable situación y que se preocupa poco del cuidado y mantenimiento del mismo.

Top verblijf voorzien van alle comfort.

Pros: De locatie aan het strand was super. Gelegen aan een rustiger deel van het strand maar 2,5 km van het levendigere centrum.

Cons: Helaas had je weinig privacy op de balkons, omdat die recht tegenover elkaar gesitueerd zijn.

Pros: Расположение. Первая линия от моря. В апартаментах есть все необходимое. Все супер!

Perfect place for a NO STRESS vacay!

Pros: Very comfortable apartment right in front of Patacona beach. Easy access to the city, supermarket, pharmacy and really good restaurants are just a walk away.

Cons: No complaints
