Pros: Apartment was very spacious and modern. Location was great,right on the beach and 17 minutes in a taxi to centre of Old Town valència.

Cons: Restaurants were scarce near apartment and needed to be booked especially at the weekend. Would recommend 'Spaghetti and Blues' near apartment for great food and service.

Pros: Friendly service from the host, the apartment was clean, spacious and tidy, located very close to the beach and bus stop. Ample modern facilities inside the apartment. Quiet.

Cons: Nothing really to complain about. We originally booked apartment 40-7, but it was changed to 40-5 upon arrival, which was actually a good thing because 40-7 is on the northern side adjacent to the public parking area, whilst 40-5 is alongside a quiet alleyway between the road and the beach. The restaurant alongside Mare Nostrum road was open late, but the noise of the patrons did not bother us. The public bus trip to Valencia town is 40 minutes, something to keep in mind for a beach holiday bit also to visit the old town.

Absolutely loved it! Quite a distance from the city but the bus is so cheap €1.50 each way and ales about half an hour.

Pros: Location was fab open the door and you’re on the beach. There are several restaurants a short stroll away. Beach is perfect -large and clean. Area is spotlessly clean all over Apartment is very spacious, clean and modern

Pros: The apartment was really clean. Everything as in the description. Respect for privacy and very nice staff who are not intrusive, but help when needed. The lady didn't speak English, but we communicated without any problems with the help of a translator on the phone. Very nice and communicative.

Pros: Posizione ottima fronte mare e comoda per raggiungere il centro di Valencia in 15 minuti in macchina. Casa e camera spaziosa.

Cons: Se proprio devo trovare un difetto i piatti sono un po' consumati. Appartamento 7 vista mare senza spazio esterno.
