Great place for family to enjoy Valencia beach

Pros: Great place for family - beach is just few meters from apartment.

Cons: It would be great if in the green backyard there would be some table with chairs for guests. We wanted to make dinner and spend time outside, but it was not possible.

Pros: Everything except the street view I would have preferred a balcony with a sea view

I love it

Pros: The location is super if you love going to the beach. There's a small shop downstairs if you want to get some food. Glovo food service can reach the location easily. They provided beach umbrellas, beach towels and beach chairs which were very handy for beach goers. Underground parking lot was very useful with the lift. We just needed to find out ourselves on how to use it by trial and error. An instruction would have been helpful.

Cons: The sound of the washing machine was so loud that we thought there was a truck passing nearby. Apparently, it was the washing machine spinning noisily. And, it took 10 mins for the AC to fully functioning. There were stains on the couch under the throw. Would have been lovely if it was cleaned up before our stay.

Enjoyable and pleasant stay

Pros: The location of the property is very convenient and we have enjoyed every bit of it.

Cons: The apartment has more pros than cons and overally, we recommend it as the host and staff is super friendly and incredibly caring and helpful which we are very grateful for 🤗

Lovely spacious clean apartment. On the beachfront.

Pros: The hotel was literally on the beach front. Would recommend London lounge bar about 20 min bike from hotel. We also had paella in a local restaurant. The shower was great, kitchen facilities worked and tv had Netflix. We arrived quite late but were provided with codes via WhatsApp for both the entrance and our apartment. Our keys were left inside for us.

Cons: We were told the bikes, kayaks and paddle boards could be used free of charge however when we used the bikes we were asked for €20?? The first bike we were offered had no chain and the second bike had a flat tire. The host inflated it but seems it was a slow puncture as the tire was completely flat again by the end of the day. The hotel is quite a distance from the city centre which isn’t a problem just something to bear in mind.

Gorgeous beachfront apartment

Pros: Absolutely beautiful apartment, tastefully decorated and right on the beach. So helpful to have free access to bikes to explore the city and secure parking for our car at no extra cost. Host was extremely helpful and easy to communicate with. Thank you for a wonderful stay!

Fantastic place to stay and explore Valencia from.

Pros: Loved our stay here, the apartment is in a perfect location right on the beach and close to lots of beach bars and restaurants. The quality of beds, furniture and amenities are all first class. Tatiana was an excellent host, very helpful and on had to answer any queries. I would highly recommend staying here.

Pros: close to beach , we were given free bikes to ride .. great addition

Cons: no balcony , but close to beach and it has communal outside space

An excellent stay thanks to Tatiana who was an incredible host.

Pros: Tatiana was in constant communication with me to ensure I got into the property ok. She was incredibly responsive and would get back to me at any time of day/night.

Cons: I wanted a room with a beach view but had a street view. My flight got cancelled and Tatiana put me in a different room which was much better, the upgraded rooms are well worth the money.
