Pros: It was clean and tidy. The bed was too soft and suffered back pain for a couple of days. But the house was very clean and organised. Top notch 👌

Cons: The bed just needs an upgrade or get a good mattress top.

Pros: Family 2+1 Hello, we sincerely recommend it. Cozy apartment with all amenities. Great location of the place : - 800m to metrostation directly connected to the airport (line 5), - grocery shops in the near Mercadona , Lidl many small restaurants around the locations(300m) - 15 min slowly walk to the attractions like Valencia Oceanography, and Gulliver Park The apartment has a fridge, microwave, iron, toaster, everything what you need. The price is adequate to the standard and a positive surprise upon arrival in this price range is a big plus. Truly recommend! Best regards, Dominik

Pros: L'appartamento non è molto grande, ma perfetto per due persone. Ottima posizione che consente di raggiungere in poco tempo il mare e il centro della città. E' vicino alla stazione della metro e alle postazioni di noleggio per le biciclette.

Cons: Non abbiamo apprezzato la poca comunicazione con i proprietari. Il check-in si fa da soli, ritirando la chiave dal box con il codice oppure tramite un applicazione sul telefono. Avevamo bisogno di chiedere alcune informazioni per il nostro soggiorno, nonostante i numerosi sms inviati non abbiamo mai ricevuto risposta.

Mooi verblijf, maar minder geschikt met een klein kind.

Cons: We verbleven hier 9 dagen met ons gezin en een jong kind. Hoewel de studio mooi en verzorgd was ingericht, vonden we het verblijf minder geschikt voor een langer verblijf met een kleintje. Het bed kraakte bij elke beweging, waardoor mijn partner op de slaapbank is gaan liggen om beter te kunnen slapen. Ook viel het tegen dat het bij te boeken babybedje niet goed in elkaar was gezet — we moesten dat zelf met veel moeite doen. Daarbij werd er €50 voor gerekend, terwijl op de pagina stond dat dit €30 zou zijn. Een ander puntje van aandacht was het kapotte hoesje van het stopcontact. Dat voelde onveilig met apparaten zoals de waterkoker en broodrooster. Met een klein kind ben je vaak meer in het appartement en dan is één theedoek echt wat weinig. Gelukkig was er een wasmachine, maar een extra doek zou fijn zijn. De inrichting was stijlvol, maar niet kindvriendelijk: er stonden veel breekbare dingen op kindhoogte. We hebben die wat hoger gezet. Voor een stel dat een paar nachten verblijft is dit echt een topadres. Maar met een gezin voor een langere tijd merk je het gebrek aan een aparte kamer of buitenruimte wel.

Pros: Cercanía a la playa y a la Ciudad de las Artes y de las Ciencias. El apartamento está equipado con todo lo necesario.

Cons: Entraba mucha luz, por lo que recomiendo llevar antifaz.

Pros: Удобен апартамент, намира се на партер, с директен вход от улицата и тротоара. Това обаче не беше проблем, т.к. улицата е еднопосочна и ненатоварена, без особено движение на хора и автомобили през нощта. Снимките са реални, добро оборудване, качествен климатик (много е необходим през август) комфортно е, отлично съотношение цена/качество. Има метро наблизо, но линията в тази посока спира сравнително рано и вечер е необходимо прибиране с такси - около 10 Евро е цената от центъра на Валенсия, което също не беше проблем. Мили и съдействащи домакини, всичко стана дистанционно. Беше приятен престой!
