Comfortable and budget friendly stay

Pros: Located near beachfront and two metro stops and buses very nearby. Pleasant reception area . Very charming staff and most helpful. Spacious room with kitchen facilities ( hob, microwave, fridge) cutlery and plates. The hotel is on a main road but slightly set back from it by a garden area and walkway . No major supermarkets nearby but smaller shops a short walk in the old town area . Modern airy character to the building. Pleasant atmosphere. 5 minute walk to the beach front.

Cons: There was no cleaning of rooms for the duration of stay . If this is a consideration in choosing a hotel, look elsewhere. The shower/ toilet area is combined. Whilst spacious and very clean the shower empties onto the paved floor and drains. It was ok but attention has to be spent on avoiding water leaving the immediate area. The door frame is too close which had resulted in an area of cracked laminate in consequence of being repeatedly sprayed by the shower. A design error there ! The immediate vicinity has no large supermarket. Rather an uncompromising urban view form the room : roads metro lines and traffic.

Great option for solo female traveller

Pros: Great option for a solo female traveller. 10 mins walk from the beach 24h reception Clean, safe and self contained studio which was a great option. Thia building also offers canteen with 3 meals a day for an additional fee, so great option for someone who doesnt like to cook.

Cons: Nothing to dislike.

Pros: Great hotel for those who are looking for a stay in Malvarossa Valencia. Super friendly and helpful stuff, clean rooms, modern design. Definitely recommend!

Cons: I found the vending machine difficult to use, that was the only issue I had.

Pros: The added plus was having a microwave, small fridge and electric hob in the room. It was very clean with all facilities available

Pros: The hotel room was clean, equiped with stove so you could make a dinner or boiled eggs, gym facilities and laundry place.

Cons: It's not close to city's centre, it requires approximately 30-40 minutes with public transportation.
