Pros: Modern building and proper apartment with good beds. Parking was nice and secure.

Cons: The online staff. They only chat on whatsapp and they are very transactional. 1) For my toy poodle i had to pay 22 eur extra. No distinguish if it's a large dirty dog or a small dog that is in reality more clean then most people. Waste of money and no value in return. Not fair and a simple upsell. Yes it was in the small letters they take away an extra 22 if you have a pet, if i read that i didn't book it. I hope when someone checks the comment section for 'pet' keyword they read this. 2) They push you to an unsecure system to pay extras like parking and pet fee. I am in tech and this was not a secure site. My credit card details were visible even when i was on the thank you page. First of all it's in breach with the EU guidelines, but second of all and most important easy bait for hackers. I immeditaly froze my card, so no risk for me. But i feel there should have been victems from this. It's too simple for hackers to find this. When i told this to them they told they are doing all correct and follow guide lines, but what do they know... standard answer ofc. 3) Money first approach. When i arrived i had to first pay the parking before i could enter. When it's 22:00 in the evening and you sleep there just for one night it's very frustrating to fix all those things in the darkness on their payment landing page. Then i had to wait 30 mins to get an answer because i could not find the entrance. Calling is not possilbe, their whatsapp agents are only for chatting and i had to wait 30 mins to get a response. To be honest i found it after 15 mins driving a couple of times in the same street. Normally i don't write a bad review, but they really did not give me any other option because they did not show any empathy on anything. If they were friendly or they called back at least i would never write this. Still i gave them a 5 star because rating systems are broken anyways and i don't want to hurt their business.

Pros: The personal at the buffet was very nice and kind, they prepered us lunch boxes for the next day because our early departure.

A great place to stay for a couple of nights.

Pros: An excellent location for those planning to visit the exhibition. The room was quite quiet and had everything we needed.

Cons: There was nothing we didn't like, since we were only there for one night.

Great Stay

Pros: We had a very pleasant stay. The apartment was super nice, very clean, and well maintained. Everything was comfortable and exactly as described. The staff were responsive, helpful, and very friendly throughout our stay. Overall, a great experience and we would happily stay here again.

Cons: Although we experienced a delay at check-in, the team handled the situation professionally and followed up appropriately, which we appreciated.

Very comfortable and accessible.

Pros: Very clean, comfortable and quiet Very near the metro station, accessible by bus and taxis. There are two supermarkets nearby. Near the tourist spots accessible via metro. Close the airport and very secure rooms.Very friendly staff and answer my queries straight away.We stayed for 5 nights leisure and business trip.The venue for our global European convention 2026 is just across the road walking distance 2mins.

Cons: I have requested a room with a good view and a balcony before the stay. I didn't get it, but I don't mind, but I wish I had that room.

The shower

Pros: The room was ok, classic convention hotel, a THE SHOWER bit dusty when I arrived but the staff cleaned it up fast and service ended up being solid overall. The location was great, could take a bus to the center easily THE SHOWER and that honestly saved the whole stay, even when the Wi-Fi worked perfectly except when THE SHOWER I actually needed to send something important. The bed was comfortable enough, THE SHOWER the pillows felt like just ok. Breakfast was a basic buffet, nothing THE SHOWER memorable but it did the job before heading out each morning. I hid what I liked most in the comment, let’s see if you can find it.

Cons: The hotel seems trapped between two narratives: the efficiency of transit and the promise of refuge. It gestures toward productivity while flirting with intimacy, but never fully inhabits either role. The result is a space suspended in ambiguity, where form searches for purpose and comfort feels like a concept rather than a lived experience. A place unsure whether it exists to host bodies in motion or souls in pause.

Pros: Me and my friends really enjoyed our stay. The hotel is located just opposite Feria Valencia. The bus stop is right outside the hotel. It's a very quiet area. The hotel is spotlessly clean, and the two bedroom apartment we stayed in was exactly as in the photos. Spacious rooms and bathrooms, living room and terrace. Beds and pillows are comfortable, linen fresh and clean. The breakfast was lovely and the staff very friendly and professional. Highly recommended

Highly underrated

Pros: Personally I do not know why is the rating below 9. It was clean, spacious. Room cleaning every two days. Really nothing to complain about the apartment itself. Everything is digital regarding the checkin, easy. You get the door lock which opens everything. I find that nice. Although there is a person at the reception desk. But, if you are the annoying type who needs support in everything, then this is maybe not the best place for you.

Cons: As said, the apartment interior is perfect. The issue is it’s shell. Thin walls. You can hear everything from abow, below, all neighbouring aparments. Unfortunately I think this is a theme in Spain. We travel around a lot. Not a single time a proper sound profing in Spain.

Pros: Overall the hotel is amazing and I really loved it, huge apartments, every detail included, super clean

Cons: We stayed for almost two weeks in our booked apartment and noticed that the staff was not being that helpful. Even though they were kind, they lacked problem-solving skills.

Pros: I would like to highlight the very good service provided by the staff (online assistant), the generous size of the apartment and the outstanding value for money.

Cons: there was a noticeable odor in the bathroom, and the bed linen had a few small stains.
