Amazing place and location helpful friendly staff

Pros: Very well laid out and modern has everything very comfortable beds all slept very well

Cons: Hard to access not strength forward. However very secure

Pros: Great location. Spacious apartment with a lovely balcony with a sea view where we ate all our meals. Really helpful owner who was very responsive answering our questions.

Pros: Location was right next to the beach. Beach was clean and not overcrowded. The apartment had facilities to cook. The black out blinds were amazing and really comfortable beds. We were a group of 6 and had booked 2 apartments, we loved that you could keep the connecting door open so it didn’t feel like you were separated. The hosts went out their way to help us and accommodate us.

Pros: Great location just off the beach with sea view from balcony. Very pleasant to hear the sound of waves crashing in the apartment. Gym & small pool in the building. Easy walk to numerous excellent restaurants along the boardwalk. Big grocery store Consum is a 6 minute walk. Other smaller grocery stores closer. Lots of sporting opportunities here also- fitness, yoga & surfing classes, skatepark etc right on your doorstep. Suma fitness centre around corner offers holiday passes for pool & classes. Beach sports too- volleyball, soccer, outdoor gym, beach playground etc. Public transportation easy to avail of- number 31 & 92. Pay fare on bus via contactless payment. Journey into centre about 30 mins by bus. Highly recommend this apartment!

Great location in the summer, consider staying closer to Valencia out of season

Pros: Close to the beach and the bus into Valencia was cheap.

Cons: At night out of season, you had to travel into Valencia to find more restaurants. The entrance to the apartment is shared by two apartments which was a little odd

Pros: great area, great beach, super apartments. All issues are resolved quickly. There’s free parking. We were pleased with our vacation.

Cons: lack of mosquito nets (there are mosquitoes), sometimes weak internet, very dirty windows. I want to admire a great view, but the windows ruin everything.

Pros: The indoor pool is nice on rainy days. The apartment is located right at the beach, so it must be wonderful in the summer. There is a convenience store nearby and an Italian restaurant downstairs. The balcony has an OK view of the sea. The apartment is relatively clean and has all the basic amenities as well as a nice television. At night, it's possible to lower the metal shutters and block all light into the bedrooms as well as some sound. There is a sun umbrella as well as a couple of chairs to take to the beach.

Cons: After dark, the indoors pool is crawling with cockroaches (I suppose there is no way to get rid of them in the whole city, but it's still shocking the first time you see them). The supposedly clean dishes had crusty food when we arrived, so we had to wash them again. When we visited, the pans were non-stick but scratched, which is very bad for health, and one was wobbly, which can lead to accidents. On the last day, we received a message asking us to give a 10 rating and bring up any complaints privately, which undermines the value of reviews and skews the scores. I really didn't like that.
