Pros: Great location, almost seaview (we knew that), Nice rooms, confortable bed

Cons: The heating sistem wasnt working and had to check online for repair and setup because the maintanance person answered my texts regarding that problem until somepoint. The walls had visible signs of usage.

Great apartment directly on the seaside.

Pros: Apartment is really as shown in the pictures. Kitchen is well equipped with lots of everything so you do not need to wash up the plates, cups, cutlery daily. As we were in January the neighbourhood was really calm and the beach almost empty. Loved it. Location is perfect, city center is around 40-50 min by public transport, close to highway so easy access to out of town journeys to north of Valencia. Of course in the beach season it is even better as the beach is just across a pavement. Garage is big benefit during high season but in January ther were plenty of parking space on the streets also. Be careful as the garage (also the entry/exit) is pretty narrow so might not be adequate for bigger (even some Sedan) cars. We would definitely return.

Cons: Some minor issues that must be maintained (window roll-top cannot be lifted entirely) There is a coffee maker but no coffee and the courtesy olive oil was also out. These are just small things but guests would be grateful for them. There is central heating but when it was on and rooms were heated with warm air, in the bathroom only cold air came.

Es hat unsere Erwartungen übertroffen und wir kommen gerne wieder.

Pros: Hervorragende Lage, sehr gute Ausstattung, Service vor Ort, Vermieter war gut erreichbar. Wir hatten einige kleine Fragen, aber der Vermieter konnte uns helfen.

Cons: Es war geschrieben, dass das Bett länger als 2m ist. Es war aber nur 1,95m. War aber ok.

Apartamento 10 delante de la playa

Pros: El apartamento delante de la playa , con todas las comodidades. Amplio y muy limpio. 100% recomendable. Soy Alejandra y viajé con mi padre y mis dos perritos. Estuve una semana de vacaciones en Junio 2025.

Pros: Ідеальне розташування. 10 метрів до пляжу . Чудова тераса з видом на море, це щось неймовірне. Ідеально чисто . Багато рушників і постільної білизни. Достатньо посуду і техніки . Є інвентар для пляжу . Миючі засоби гарної якості . Є автобуси якими легко дістатися до центру міста чи парку турії . Все ідеально. Я обов'язково повернуся сюди знову.

Cons: La ubicacion es lejos del centro de Valencia pero ya se sabia

Pros: Apartma je sodobno opremljen in udoben za bivanje. Na vhodu v stavbo nas je pričakal zelo simpatičen gospod in nam je bil zelo ustrežljiv in pripravljen pomagati. Lokacija je tik ob plaži in je čudovita. Povezava s starim delom mesta je dobra. Avtobusna linija je pogosta in iz več lokacij.

Wir waren zufrieden und happy mit dem Appartement. Durch die tolle Strandnähe perfekt um sich bei ein Stadtaufenthalt zu

Pros: Ruhiges Apartment unmittelbar am Strand. Hatte alles, was man für ein paar Tage in Valencia benötigt.

Cons: Etwas Wartezeit bei der Ankunft. Der automatische Zugang klappte nicht. Wurde jedoch durch einen Kollegen recht schnell gelöst. Etwas kühl und „dunkel“ (zumindest keine direkte Sonneneinstrahlung). Im Hochsommer sicher sehr angenehm - wir waren allerdings Ende April da;-) hat aber alles gut gepasst für uns.

Pros: De locatie, appartement was van alle makken voorzien. Fijn contact.

Cons: Eigenlijk niets maar als ik iets zou moeten opnoemen dan miste wij strandstoeltjes om mee te nemen naar het strand. Parasols waren er wel
