APARTAMENTO GENIAL

Pros: La ubicación es genial, cerquita de la playa la cual es tranquilisima, las vistas desde la terraza y el solecito que entra por la mañana en la habitación es fantástico. Respecto al apartamento esta limpio y me parece que tiene lo necesario para pasar unos días (lavadora, lavaplatos, microondas, plancha, secador de pelo...) También valoro mucho el ascensor desde la planta de entrada subes sin problema hasta otra planta donde cambias de ascensor genial para subir las maletas. Si tengo ocasión repetiré sin dudas.

Cons: No hay nada que no me gustará, por quejarme de algo... podría echar de menos algunos vasos más y alguna toalla.

Tolle Lage direkt am Strand, leider etwas teuer

Pros: Die Lage am nördlichen Ende des Stadtstrandes von Valencia (Playa de Patacona) finde ich traumhaft: Wunderschöner Strand direkt vor der Tür, jede Menge guter Restaurants, Bars ebenso. Pool vorhanden - allerdings nicht immer geöffnet. Das Apartment bietet eine tolle Aussicht auf den Strand und ist mit allem ausgestattet, was man für ein paar Tage am Strand braucht. Die Betten sind bequem, die Terrasse ist groß.

Cons: Ich fand den Preis deutlich zu hoch.

Buena ubicación

Pros: La ubicación es excelente y el apartamento dispone de todo lo necesario, la cocina en especial, tiene todo tipo de utensilios. La terraza con vistas al mar es ideal.

Cons: No me gustó el acceso, ya que hay que subir una primera planta para acceder al apartamento y no hay ascensor disponible (lo hay pero tiene una llave). Si vas con maleta, resulta incomodo. También el precio, al ser las fechas que eran (yo viajé en abril), era excesivo. Asimismo, indican que tienen piscina pero no abren hasta junio, estaría bien que se indicase.
