FiveStepsToSea - Beach Apartment Valencia

Pros: The property location was super convenient for those that love the sea. The host clearly goes the extra for mile as there was nothing the property was missing and was in an exceptional condition and was extremely clean.

Pros: ​The apartment was clean, the location was great (very close to the sea), and communication with the owner was very good. ​

Cons: Overall, everything was fine, though there are two things that could be improved. First, the entry system for the main door didn't work, so the security guard had to let us in. ​Second, we were provided with a very small amount of toilet paper for a 4-day stay, which ran out by the second day. In my opinion, providing an adequate supply of basic essentials should be standard these days. I mentioned this to the owner, but she replied that they only provide a set amount per stay. As someone who travels frequently, these are the kinds of details I tend to notice.

Pros: Had an amazing two nights! The apartment was literally 5 steps from the sea! The apartment had everything we needed for a very comfortable stay! We did not want to leave! Arleta the host made everything so easy with great communication and a very helpful file which contained all we needed to know plus helpful hints. Loved the bathroom & shower and the bed was so comfortable! I highly recommend staying here!

Pros: Enjoy beachfront living with restaurants, shops, and everything you need within easy reach.

Cons: Not much to mention here, pretty much everything was spot on.

Pros: Location is perfect, right next to the beach. Apartment has a balcony where there is sea view. It is also clean and easy to access Owner is very warm and accommodating. She also sent comprehensive documentation about the flat.

Cons: Nothing. Eveyrthing is good.

Amazing stay in amazing Valencia

Pros: We really enjoyed our stay in Valencia at this wonderful apartment. The host was incredibly professional — you can truly see how much care and attention she puts into every detail. Her thorough guidance left no questions unanswered, which is a rare and much-appreciated quality that sets her apart from many other hosts. She is open and extremely well-organized, which made the whole experience smooth and enjoyable. The apartment itself is fantastic — full of natural light, beautifully designed, and it just exudes a great, positive vibe. Plus, the location is perfect: very close to the beach and everything you need. We felt very comfortable and at home here. Highly recommended!

Holiday setting close to central town with parking.

Pros: On the beach in a modern apartment building. Not too far from town. Clear instructions. Helpful hints from the owners for on places to visit.

Cons: The parking was a challenge and stressful though it’s hard to find street parking (so no choice). Getting in and out of the parking floor in an elevator was challenging as we have a long vehicle and there was much maneuvering required: best to leave your vehicle stationary whilst there. A popular part of Valencia on the weekend. Quieter in the week.

Can definitely recommend, lovely host, from initial booking to the end of our stay Arleta was always so helpful.

Pros: The apartment is in an excellent location, fully equipped with everything. Lots of extras like beach chairs, beach umbrella, tea, coffee. Could not fault anything , we felt very secure and comfortable. Bus into the City , bike hire, mini supermarket all only 5 ins walk away, restaurants all within walking distance and it really is only 5 steps from beach

Fabulous location right on the beach

Pros: Struggled getting in with the app but host immediately contactable to let us in remotely. The apartment is wonderful. Clean, comfortable with fabulous WiFi. Amazing local bars, restaurants and supermarkets - you never have to worry about the last few details 🥰🥰
